Donuts are good , white girl at the counter rude for no reason

My friends in Arizona introduced me to this donut chain! Known for light and fluffy donuts. I think each donut was only 1.88. A very simple, good donut place! Staff were super nice. I got a chocolate old fashioned which was very crispy and then mapley and fluffy on the inside with chocolate icing. The chocolate cake donut with chocolate icing I expected to be more moist. All their donuts look like the perfect donuts to dip into morning coffee!

The blonde haired and blue colored eyed young lady working the counter yesterday (12.16.2024) needs to wear gloves, & wash her hands frequently and use hand sanitizer. She literally grabbed my kolache with tongs then between warming up my pastry and taking my payment, she wiped her nose with her bare hands at least three times before handing me the pastry. I was so disgusted, I threw it away.

I can tell their donuts would be good if fully cooked and not doughy. But they're not good enough to deal with the less than friendly service

I happen to live two blocks from an absolute gold standard of doughnuts in Top Pot in Seattle, so it’s tough to match up with that. But I will give this place props for trying to bring lunch type foods to a donuts shop without being ridiculous. The shop was clean and well lit, but it’s not really a place you sit down, it’s for donuts. As for the donuts, I had a maple bar. It tasted fresh. It was very light. The dough was airy and fine, but didn’t have any of the chew I prefer. I finished it and it was almost like I hadn’t eaten anything. Maybe that just means I wanted more, let’s say that. I will say it was cheap! $1.72 for one is about half the price I pay for a maple bar in Seattle, so there’s that.
The guy at the counter was friendly. I got the impression he might be the owner.
If you visit Mesa for baseball in the spring, you won’t go wrong visiting here for donuts.

Got an Old Fashioned, a double chocolate doughnut with peanuts, and a Thai boba.
