1/9/2026 6:00p.m I walked in to buy two 24 oz STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIES for my wife and daughter, And I did not realize at first that the girl with braces making my drinks was the same girl coughing and working with no gloves no mask she did not even wash her hands after talking cash, she then put little black beads in my smoothie which I did not order and she the rudely explained that i would be charged full price to make new ones if I did not want the little black beads!! I have NEVER had this poor service from a bosa ever so I hope this helps with their sick employee policy and or at least wear a mask use gloves or not handle food while sick! I will just stay with my old neighborhood chandler bosa

This is by far the worst and most disrespectful place I have been to. I am a dasher and they treated me with contempt. I would not bring my kids to this place. The lady made me wait more than 20 minutes . They called and made a false claim with doordash. This is NOT a good location. STAR BUCKS AND DUNKIN ARE FAR BETTER

All around great experience as me and my family visited and had great sandwiches and donuts. The drinks were great as well. The staff was awesome as it was our first time there and it took a minute to decide.
