I've been door dashing from them in the middle of the night and I cant help but eat like 3 donuts at a time. They're so good! The sausage breakfast croissant is also solid. I order every time im in town

This is a place we frequent. Normally for breakfast the same han crosaint and smothie but there is a Latin lady who works that every time she is on duty gives us a little crosaint at half the size that is usually I don't know why she gives it to us like that and is always like hurrying to choose our donuts sometimes I don't even grab what I want because they are there looking at us with an angry face

customer service is always poor- accept when I beleive it's a manager that working- otherwise they seem so unhappy and like ordering anything is annoying- makes a person want to stop going which I am going to DD down the street because of the customer service- doesn't always matter how fresh the donuts are which always fresh- at some point you get tired of the rude service at window and inside

This morning I went in for 3 croissants and normally, they are really good and never had a single issue but today they were extremely burnt, dry, and flaky.
I asked for bacon on all 3 and only 2 of them 8th of a piece of bacon on them both, and the 3rd one didn't even had a single slice of bacon, and I was charged for it.
My coworker who has dentures could not even eat his croissant due to it being extremely hard and burnt, and now he's left with no breakfast.

A couple weeks ago, my friend and I walked inside to get donuts for our company. We pointed and told the employee which donuts we wanted specifically. She read back our order. When we got back to work, they were completely wrong.
Another time we went again and got a jalapeno, cheese croissant. We asked to heat them up and we got back to the office and they were completely cold. The cheese was not melted at all.
Today, 12/17/25, we went to get some croissant sandwhiches and they were suppose to heat them up. There was barely any bacon in it; it looked like half of a piece. The croissant was hard, like it was old, and the cheese was completely cold, like it had just came out of the fridge and not heated at all. Super disappointing.
Their customer service is poor most of the time. Not friendly at all. They seem as if they are only there for a paycheck and do not care about their work. I rarely write reviews, but I had to say something. Hopefully this will help them get better and grow.
Drive through sign needs to definitely be fixed.Don't see, prices can't read what anything is.It's damaged and destroyed and looks like it needs to be buried.

Open 24 hours cuz you never know when you will have a hankering. Their croissants are amazing and they will add or subtract toppings to your liking. Big sandwiches too! The doughnuts and holes are made fresh daily and melt in your mouth!!
