We went in this morning and there were 3 people helping customers. When they were done with the customers in front of us they all disappeared. Not a single person greeted us or asked if we would like to order. What terrible disrespectful customer service.

Went for two breakfast sandwiches. On the board it clearly says 2 for 5.49.When I got to the window, the total was over 12 dollars!When I asked about the price, the gentleman at the window said it was 5.69 each. And that I would need a coupon, and that the board didn’t have it on there.I went around, took a photo, and went back to the window to show him at the window, and he said that they don’t do that anymore!That it’s just the price now.Please either change the price, change what the sign says, or give me thing it clearly says.

Quick friendly service and the apple fritters are good. Apple fritters could be a little bigger, but other than that, it's a good place for donuts and other treats sick as kolaches.
The staff were friendly and nice. Came here for thai tea and glazed donuts.

Acknowledging a customer when they enter your establishment goes a long way!!!I went to this location , 2 women behind counter just kept looking at me and looking away taking care of drive thru orders…No other customers were inside store except me. After about 5 min of just waiting for someone to say one moment or il be right with you, I just decided to leave without ordering…Morning rush is busy, maybe hire additional help !!!! and train employees on customer service skills.

I was in the mood for two of my favorite donuts. I stopped at the Country Club and Southern location and asked for an apple fritter and a buttermilk. the total came to $3.44. If the donuts had been decent size I would say that the prices are much higher than a few years ago, but still justifiable. But the apple fritter was so small, at least half the size the used to be, there's just no excuse other than greed to charge $1.70 for that minuscule donut. Fry's has bigger and better looking apple fritters for $0.89. I'm cross Bosa off my list as go-to places for donuts. (I had a similar experience at another location in Mesa, so it seems the greed is happening at a chainwide level).

I went here on February 17 at 3:07. I went to the counter to order and the employee was on their cell phone talking. I waited for a few minutes for her to come help me. When she didn’t I looked over and waved at her to get her attention. She looked up gave me a dirty look then hung up the phone and came over. I know she saw me because she was looking at me the whole time she was talking. Worst customer service. Will not be returning.
