For $6.49 you’d think you’d get more than a full cup of ice when you order a Thai Iced Tea. This is my third and last time buying their drinks. The donuts are great. Over priced cups of ice I won’t be buying ever again.

Donuts were good but the staff is very rude. I was there this morning at 515. They acted like I was bothering them. The girl that finally came out and helped me walked away from the customer that was waiting behind me. As I was driving away, he was still standing there with no one at the counter.

Pre ordered and paid for five dozen doughnuts for a party a week prior to pick up. When my husband arrived to pick up the doughnuts, they only gave him 2 dozen. He informed them that the order was for 5 dozen and the manager on duty made it seem like he was trying to scam them for an additional 3 dozen doughnuts. My husband brought home the 2 dozen they gave him and I went back with the receipt to get the other 3 dozen I had paid for. The manager on duty was super rude about giving us the additional 3 dozen we had paid for and didn’t care that they hand wrote the order incorrectly. When trying to explain how frustrating this was to the manager, since it caused us to be late, her response was super rude. She tried to tell us the pick up was for 730, we had initially drives at 745. The fact it took almost an hour to resolve this issue was on them. We received no apology and were made to be the bad people. Do not recommend for large orders.

Worst donuts ever. They had hair on mine, manager refused to fix my order. They were hard and stale. Manager keeps tips as well. Stay away.

The lady in the building is always nice. She does her best to provide good service and always has delicious donuts. Bosa donuts are always the same. Built into any area in any strip mall, they look unassuming ont he outside but when you step inside it’s as if you’ve walked into a 90s cafe in New York under a subway station. Depressing dark but clean. Part of the charm.

Love the donuts but why does your staff treat me like I’m evil. I get dirty looks they are so irritated to grab a donut I pick and I get 1-2 some people get 12+ and they smile to them. Is it because im white? Sorry I’m not Mexican or black. Would I be treated better if I was?

I bought 4 doughnuts ? ?. The maple bar was soft but had thinn layer of maple. The apple fritter was good, the buttermilk had good glaze on it. The Boston cream was a disappointing ? No cream in it . Chocolate icessing was painted on.
