We always go to Bosa Donuts because we love them, better than dunkin donuts and other new more complex sugary donut places that have come out. But this time especially was really nice. I was picking up a dozen donuts for my son's birthday since that what he wanted. As we were picking the worker noticed that he wanted donut holes but I told him we were only getting donuts. She threw in a couple free ones as a surprise for him. Then after that she found out it was his birthday she went back and got him a little sack of donut holes for his birthday for free. It was honestly not alot to get for free financially but my son was so happy all day because of it. What an observant and kind worker to make my kids so happy. It made the whole experience 10X better. Thanks Bosa Donuts employee I forgot to get your name!! Even without this experience we would always come back because this place is too delicious .

The Caramel iced coffee was the best thing I ordered. The iced coffee was expensive though along with this horrible bagel breakfast sandwich. They do not have a combo available. They need major improvements with this sandwich! Never ordering this again. Wasted almost $12!

I went thru the Drive thru at this location approx and hour and a half ago. I ordered one donut and a cup of ice water. It was $2.05 - did not receive a receipt (used my debit card). Got home and checked my receipt - I was charged $2.05 and PLUS a $3.00 tip that I did NOT authorize. I printed this receipt and will visit this location tomorrow (Fri) - I will come inside and get this corrected. If you visit this location, watch your receipts for this kind of fraud.

Lady working couldn't answer anything about a donut so could avoid a food allergy- she said " i don't eat the donuts here to know" like ummm ok you e never broken one open to see if has filling inside- she seemed very unhappy people should learn without customers then what??? so personally will go to places based on word of mouth and reviews and avoid places the same way

We walked into Bosa to hang out and have a donut or two, the tables were dirty, the floors filthy and the trash is full. There were no customers when we came in, I am wondering why couldn't the workers clean up the place... the workers don't look happy nor welcoming.... its very sad.
