Horrible, you don't get a server, you have to scan a code, log into their wifi and order your own food. Drinks are 21 dollars. And you have to pay for parking..stupid

Shittiest place ever. They charged me about 100 dollars for shit for a salad without real plate and 6 chicken fingers for kids!
Sold out of fries at 8:30pm!

Seems like there’s a disconnect between promotions the AAG offers and staff at the restaurant causing confusion in an environment where you self order from a QR code at a table can lead to delays

Food was fine, what you would expect of burgers and fries. Cocktail was ridiculously overpriced and mediocre at best. One burger with fries and cocktail plus tip cost me around 50 bucks.

Never coming back to this place to eat. They have made senseless changes to their rules for ordering food. Lost my business and I ate here weekly.

We were there for a jiu jitsu tournament on 10/11/25. Upon entering we saw a line. We entered at 12:45pm and oddly had to stand in line to order at the front desk. Just before our turn (after waiting an insane amount of time) someone said the kitchen was so backed up they were not going to take any orders for 15 mins. We all stood there- not for 15 minutes but 2:58 was when I finally got my food!!! Remember we got there at 12:45! Those are the actual times!!!! They kept extending the 15 minutes over and over and said “the kitchen needs to reset.” What in the world?!?!?
Most of the people in the long line had kids with them. And then, once I got my food, I went to add ketchup and you should have seen the lettuce I waited two hours and 15 minutes for. Disgusting! I wouldn’t even feed it to an animal!
Do better and have some customer service. Offer a small percentage off for those who waited and don’t be rude when we are upset.
By the way, the front hostesses were amazing, kind and put up with a sassy shift lead. I even had conversations with the girls saying they don’t need to be treated like that.

Do better!!!

We attempted to have lunch here on Sunday, July 20th. 11:48 a.m. This place was closed and no signs on the doors. We were very disappointed as we just saw a great review on Instagram. Your PR manager needs to do better. We lost $5.49 on parking. 😇🤔

First time coming back since it was the failed GOAT. Food was phenomenal! Dry rub on the wings required zero sauce and had a sweet tangy taste!! Happy hour on Thursday is dialed in with $5 draft beer!! We will definitely add this into our Thursday rotation. The cook came up and spoke with us and the service at the bar was fast. 100x better than the last time we were there!!

We ate here tonight after finishing practice. The staff was friendly and establishment had somewhat clean bathrooms. Our food was very lackluster for how much we spent as a family of 5 - French fries, wings, and chicken all came out cold. We would not recommend spending your money here; you’re better off driving North into Mesa or South into Queen Creek.

I was in town with my family several weeks ago and we ate at Bristol’s after playing pickleball at AAG. This place was great! Wall to wall TVs, two bars, and a robust menu. They also had a self service market adjacent to the restaurant called Bristol’s Fresh Market. I had the double decker cheeseburger and it was outstanding! I also split a Mac and Cheese bowl with my son. It had pulled pork and bbq on it and it tasted delicious. Best Mac and Cherse I’ve eaten. My wife had a grilled chicken salad and a drink from the bar. She was very pleased. The kids had chicken tenders and said they were great. A couple next to us had the wings and said they were the best they have had. We will try those next time we are in town. If you are visiting AAG make sure to give Bristol’s a look. If you’re a Mesa area native, I’m envious and wish we had a Bristol’s in Ohio!!
