Tonight I took my wife to Brooklyn V’s at Jermaine and Gilbert in Gilbert for her birthday. My wife ordered spaghetti and a house salad. I ordered meatball calzones with a house salad.. I however, was very disappointed in the calzone. There was no meatball in the calzone. There were strips of some kind of meat in the calzone that tasted nothing like meatballs.. We love Brooklyn V’s, we go to the one on Ellsworth often. Tonight we went to the San Tan Location. 40 minutes we waited for our food and it was still was not done. We had to ask for it to go. Got into the car to where we were going, only to realize there was no cheese on our pizza!!!! We paid money for a fresh mozzarella cheese pizza for there to be no cheese!!! So disappointed in this location. Our server with the glasses was also very unfriendly.
new location in north Mesa was not good. one dinner was lasagna and was cold in the middle like it had been frozen. if I wanted frozen lasagna, I would have done so at home for 1/3 the price!
