Good food, value and very friendly staff. Birthday dessert was enough to feed a family of 6!
Your establishment doesn't provide any options for single diners and very limited options for couples.
It was a slow night that evening, but yet service was incredibly slow. The food was good, but I've definitely had better Italian food before.
As always a perfect experience. Wait staff was awesome and on top of their service game. We ordered more than we should have and had to take a lot hoe, but hey, food for the week.
Had 18 people for a birthday dinner. Service was awesome and food very good. Perfect for a large group and shared 4 items which was perfect.
Really great service. Attentive speedy and friendly. Food was also great for our group of six.
Kind of disappointed. Will not return. Overpriced.

Went Christmas day, because of that could only order the dinners Portions were large and we took half of it home. Had to ask for bread, while everyone else had bread as soon as they sat down. Only thing to complain about

I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and lasagna and a salad. The total came to like $150. The food was so bland it tasted like nothing. The sauce tasted like literal nothing on the lasagna and the pasta. How is this possible? We were so disappointed because we ordered from here because it was so good last time we ate there which was about a year ago. We were so disappointed because we ordered from here because it was so good last time we ate there which was about a year ago. I was literally just reading online today this morning that Buca was not doing well and I thought, we really love their food. Let’s order from there and help support them and then the food was really really bad. Hopefully it was just a one off, but it was 150 bucks and we had guests and the food bombed. I don’t think I’ll risk it again

Understand that my family and I picked up food on Christmas Eve and that it’s busy. However we waited an HOUR with no update on our pick up order. Ordered the day prior. When asked for a refund instead of our order after an hour the lady gave an attitude and said “just have the lasagna left”. This is for the manager. If you can’t handle heavy crowds do not make your workers work in the holiday. Just close. You have set them up them up for failure.

This place and all of their locations in the greater Phoenix area have had issues with multiple food poisonings over the last few years and all of them should seriously close this is an outdated concept with the absolute worst food I feel sorry for the people that work there and do their very best to try to make that slop seem authentically Italian

Eating For Two or Three
or Four then this is the
Place for Such an Appetite.
The Small Servings are
Meant for Three People.
The Large meant for Six
with that in mind you
Would think the Food
Wouldn’t be ‘Special’
But it actually is. The
Loaves of Bread served
Hot and Abundant may
‘Ruin’ your Meal. So
Pace Yourself like a
Marathoner… you’ll need
To when the Appetizers
Arrive. One Such was a
Massive Calamari Plate
with Baby Squid included.
Then there were the 16
Piece ‘Small’ Pizza with
Giant Pepperonis…Nothing
is ‘Small’ here including the
Various Birthday Celebrations
and Fudge Cake that Feeds
Four. Although my diavolo
Penne had way too much
Red Pepper cracked corns
Which Trampled over any
Sense of Italian Tastes.
I forgave them as I served
a homeless man a huge
Spicy Portion of Penne.
Next time I would ask for
The Crush Pepper on the
Side so I can add accordingly.
The Service is Sensational,
As Maria Maria Maria
was Giving Professionalism
at Its Best. Serving Several
Tables with Special Needs
She Remembered the smallest
Detail at each one. For instance
The Fact that I drank Sparkling
Water whilst all other drank
Still. It might seem insignificant
But is a sign of Attentiveness
One can’t ‘Ignore’
MANGIA MANGIA MANGIA
and MANGIA some more.
p.s. the Lasagna was the
Size of a Small Cement
Cylinder Block. It Resembled
A Cake in its Height yet Layered
and Baked to ‘Perfection’ truly
‘Mesmerizing’
