food came out fast, service was polite & funny.. didn't have a long wait.. what else could you want for a nice date out?

The hostess did not not look at us, say hello, or greet us in any way. She grabbed the menus and brought us to a table. Our server was great and we appreciated her service. We ordered a pizza and it was good. The meals being brought out past our table looked delicious. We plan to order meals next time. Atmosphere was fun and the restaurant appeared very clean.

Buca di Beppo is an awesome place to eat Italian food. It's served family style so you taste a number of dishes. We had Lasagna, greens salad, garlic Toast, and chicken breast in pesto sauce. The food was excellent, the service great, everyone was helpful, and the atmosphere was conducive to a great time. Can't wait to go again.

The food was delicious, our waitress “Maria” on a scale of 1 to 10 , I rate a 12 !!! Kudos to Maria for her hospitality!

This place has really gone down hill. It used to be a busy, vibrant restaurant. Now it's really quiet. The food is good, but the service was not great. We walked in and there was no host. So we stood there for 5 minutes. We were then seated at a table that wasn't set.

Had a great time during our New Year's Eve celebration. It's a yearly tradition that we visit Buca on New Year's Eve. Looking forward to coming back again.

Waited 25 minutes after our reservation and was told they were waiting for tables. I walked thru the restaurant and there were many tables available. It seems to me there weren't enough servers. The restaurant needs a freshen up, even the table cloths were tread bare. Wall paper was peeling of the ceiling the walls were beat up.

What a terrible experience. Was sat 30 minutes after our reservation. Waited 35 minutes for our drink order to be taken in which we also ordered food. 20 minutes later drinks come but they are all wrong so we sent them back. Food comes out before drinks, but food is all wrong not what we ordered. Told the server we were just going to leave and to bring the check we would pay for the drinks. 10 minutes later server brings check for the full amount including the food. Asked for a manager. 10 minutes later manager comes out and is extremely rude. Manager didn't seem to even want to help, but finally agreed to take “part of the food off.” Waited another 10 minutes and a completely different person brought the check. From top to bottom this was a horrible experience.
