First time there and LOVED IT. Meals are set to be family style, so LOTS of it. Was worth the price. It is hard to please this Italian girl, and it was GREAT! Service was good (even tho another person was complaining while we waited for a table, thier server sucked) Good drinks and food! Worth money, oh deserts are HUGE too

Not so great. Our food came out cold. Then it took 30 minutes to remake it. We ended up leaving without eating. There were probably 5-6 tables in the whole restaurant that we saw. Super slow and not the best atmosphere. We used to love this place but the last 3-4 times haven’t been so great. Hopefully some changes are made.

I recently dined at Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant in Mesa and it was an unforgettable experience. The cozy atmosphere and vibrant decor set the stage for a fantastic meal, and the family-style servings made it feel like a true Italian feast. From the savory pasta dishes to the mouthwatering desserts, every bite was bursting with flavor.
Our dinings experience was wonderful. Maria was our server and she explained the menu and entrees to us. She had excellent recommendations. The food was delicious and the service great. We will be back.

This was my first time at Buca di Beppo for a birthday party and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very accommodating with en expanding group and quickly moved us and moved tables around. The food was excellent (we had a specialty pizza), while the rest of the group had family portions of much of the menu. It was a great time with great food.Dietary restrictions: They adapted the Gorgonzola Pizza to avoid lactose sensitivities.

Loved the Chicken Limon. Alfredo was a little heavy on the sauce but good. Great service. Would go again to this location.
We went for a family birthday..had a large 11 person party. We had to ask several times for plates and our appetizers were served cold. Food was OK could have been more flavorful.
Sierra was wonderful and accommodating with our 2yr old son. Our son has a noise sensory response and she let us know that they were going to sing for someone’s birthday and even offered noise cancelling headphones that was her own property. Wonderful waitress/server and we would love to have her anytime we stop by here! I worked in the food industry and Sierra went above and beyond and she reminds me why I miss the food industry. 10/10 made this experience absolutely amazing!

Came in at 4:30pm, got sat in their bar area and experienced some of the worst service ever. Bar tender/server disappeared often and for long periods, knew we were out of drinks before food came and yet we ate our entire meal without a beverage. Then to top it off they don't accept cash and raised their prices almost $10 a plate, which got smaller as 2 of us ate an appetizer and entire meal. For the horrible service and pricing/portion we will not be back anytime soon as the service and tiny "family style" is not worth it.

Had the most horrific experience of my life. Our server was great. She did everything she could have, considering the circumstances. The restaurant seemed quite busy. The servers seemed composed and in control but the kitchen was a different story. There was so much yelling from one woman that at one point I went to the restroom that is at least a couple rooms down from the kitchen, I could still hear her yelling! I’m truly appalled by what this woman was yelling at her employees. She was so demeaning that it made me sick to my stomach.I heard her say “what the hell are you doing? Who the hell trained you? You’re useless, I’m going to have to retrain you myself!”I had to ask my friends sitting with me if I was indeed hearing correctly.I proceeded to ask my server what was happening with the food. She explained there were 2 cooks down and the chef was cooking with 2 trainees. THE CHEF!!! I use this term lightly because a chef should lead by example not by belittling. When I realized the chef treats the employees with such disrespect I had to leave. I can’t support a business that runs like this.I paid for my drinks and took off.I URGE the employees to reach out to any upper management that will listen. Idk if they have HR. I would personally file a law suit because if this is a daily occurrence there needs to be compensation for this. This is not okay.

The tiramisu was more like of a 4” butter cake, with the thinnest layers of lady fingers topped with rock solid brownie crumbs/chunks!I should’ve never accepted this dessert, my fault… now I have a brick of butter in the fridge,
