We had Jagger as our server. He was awesome!! Best service we've had anywhere in a long time. Give that man a raise! The food was pretty good as well.

Food was cold. Fried pickles weren't cooked all the way so breading was pasty. Nice waitress though.

What an awful experience. Came cause of the deal. Ordered bone-in got bone-out but also super dry salty pieces. Never this happened to me, still in shock tbh.

We went with a party of 5 and 2 kids- high chairs. The host was very flustered and not very friendly. To be fair it was very busy. They asked us how many we told them 5 adults and 2 high chairs. They left to organize and clean tables, came back and asked us again how many. Told them 5 adults 2 high chairs. The host and the other server then get into a verbal argument about our party size in front of us. It was super uncomfortable. We get seated, they seated us as 7 adults and 2 high chairs. Our server- will leave out name- came and greeted us. We asked about their new appetizer promo, she indicated they do have that. And then just stared at us in silence. I then asked what was the options, not on the menu anywhere. She then said only some options and paused, and after a minute of us staring at her she told us the options. Not a great start, but moving on. We got our appetizers but no silverware, our server left and was cleaning and kept going into the back. We had to flag her down to ask for silverware, for our party of 5 adults and 2 kids she brought us napkins, 3 forks and a singular spoon and knife. We had the request our waters be refilled. She then disappeared for a while and we were able to flag her down told her we need some more forks and silverware and wanted to place our orders. She then brought back one singular knife. At that point it had been over an hour. Still no water refills between that. We had such a horrible experience our whole party told our waitress that we wanted to take it to go. They brought out all our meals plated and she brought our to go boxes separate. At this point we were not surprised. We paid our checks and left. On our way out the hostess didn’t say anything to us either. I get it is a chain but a little bit of hospitality or kindness is something even chain restaurants do. Absolutely would not recommend this location at all. Unless it’s to go, the food is good. A first and definitely last for us and our friend group.

Whoever the manager is should be ashamed of themselves for being so understaffed!!! Do better for your team!

Our server Kelly was one of the worst servers we have had in a long time. She just got our drink and food order and that was it, she never checked on us and our food came out which it came out before our appetizers that were room temperature at best. We had to wave her do to get a refill after we finished our food. She didn't have good customer service and this is coming from someone who has been a server for over 5 years. Unfortunately we will not be back and go to another location.

We wanted the deal for chicken, wings and fries and ordered two soft drinks. We were told you can only order that deal online as to go. We said ok we will do that and eat it as we drink our soft drinks. The waitress told us the manager would be mad if we did that. We said we will just leave then. She said that would be best. Never eating at that location again.

BOGO boneless wings Tues and Thurs was outstanding. Three of us and ordered a beer, chip trio, side of fried and 15 wings (30 with BOGO). Four different sauces. Choose sauces you want in 5 wing increments. Greatest food and more than we could eat. Took 2 boxes to go. Surprised how quick food came and waitress was super friendly. We will go back again. The total bill before tip was $45.46. Take advantage of those excellent BOGO wings

I wish they had options in hamburger meat vegan pattys or bean pattys. Gluten free buns. The staff okay take forever to order some times it busy I understand. I wish they had more options for vegan like some places. Hopefully corporate see this and adds this to the menu.

Vegetarian options: Was only able to eat veg stuff because they didn't have veg burgers or options to eat for vegetarian people

Solid experience at BDubs on Friday the 31. I highly recommend the Asian Zing it really brings some heat. Three of us had fantastic wings but one of my friends didn’t like the Lemon Pepper Dry Rub. Apparently he was missing some rub.

Aside from that and some mysterious mozzarella it was an overall jam session. With the pro bowl games highlighted in the background I would say it was pretty unforgettable.

Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been the Wings were like they were cooked early in the day and reheated: Hard and dry!!!
For having "wings" in their name, they either need to change their name or make better wings. Papa Johns wings are really good.
