Buffalo Wild Wings

The wings are not cleaned properly. They still have feathers ALOT, and good luck if you order salt and vinegar wings. Some wings have absolutely no seasoning and others are buried in seasoning. Doesn't seem like the food preparing crew couldn't care less about the poor quality they are putting out.

I went on a chill low sports coverage night and had a great time. This place does well on game nights, but tonight was awesome because our waiter was awesome. So chill, super quick, Jagger was so good at his role and we had a great night and a nice meal.

Horrible experience. I ordered at 5:00 PM, arrived at 6:15 PM, and didn’t get my food until 6:50 PM. The wings were sloppy and poorly prepared, and different flavors all tasted the same. Very disappointing. I won’t be coming back. Wingstop is 100% better!!!! Never going to buffalo wild wings again. I used to go in Illinois but mesa arizona off superstition is complete not worth the money.

I am extremely disappointed with the drastic decline in quality at Buffalo Wild Wings since the recent management change. What used to be a decent place to grab wings and watch a game has become completely unacceptable.

The cleanliness alone is appalling. The bathrooms were beyond disgusting — urine on the floors, vomit left unattended, bodily fluids not properly cleaned, and an overall smell that made it clear they hadn’t been sanitized in a long time. No establishment should ever allow conditions like that. Even worse, there appeared to be messes that had been sitting for days without being addressed.

The outside patio was just as neglected — dirty tables, trash left around, and broken amenities. The fans and heaters don’t work, which makes the space unusable depending on the weather. It feels like basic maintenance and upkeep are no longer a priority.

The food quality has taken a major hit as well. The wings tasted like they were cooked far in advance and simply reheated with sauce added after the fact. They lacked freshness, crispness, and flavor. To top it off, the beer was warm and flat — something that should never happen at a sports bar.

Service has also become painfully slow. It took nearly 20 minutes just to receive a drink after ordering, even though the restaurant wasn’t overwhelmingly busy. That kind of delay is unacceptable.

Most concerning, however, was the noticeable difference in how customers were treated. There appeared to be inconsistent and disrespectful behavior from management toward certain patrons, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Whether intentional or not, it left a very negative impression when hearing the manager threaten to call ICE on some customers.

Overall, this location has seriously declined under the new management. Until major improvements are made in cleanliness, service, food quality, and professionalism, I would strongly caution others before choosing to dine here.

Boneless overcooked and dry, they barely have any sauce 😒 , so disappointed to get home and see this . So hard and dry .

Pick up time 7:36. Order came out after 8PM. Stop taking orders if you can't fill them.

Went in to BWW for my daughter's birthday. Got there at 5 pm, seated at 5pm, waited 15 munures for our server. Waited till 5:45 pm to even get our food. When food arrived it was cold. Chicken was cold, fries were cold. Ridiculous. If my sil didn't have to be to work we could have had it remade but time constraints prevented a redo. And how thoughtful the manager was for discounting $6.50 off a $100.00 bill for the inconvenience. Smh. Place wasn't busy so that's not the cause of poor food quality.

This is the second time we have been disappointed with this location. Pretty crappy odds considering we have only gone in twice. Won't happen again. Shame on you Mesa BWW! Do better!

Is this how ranch comes now from BWW? Good thing I ordered an extra one. But this is just plain cheap. Fill em up at least 3/4 the way. These are half full. Just, wow.
