Not worth the price you paid for. They were just too busy wasting time. To serve customer right away. Waited for my 15 min Meal Customer came in and left. Because she waited for a long time. Top of that, They got my order wrong and assumed. Didn't want fries. With my order. Going somewhere else with been faster. Will not be coming here again.

My niece immediately spit out her bite from feeling the hair snap in her mouth from the chicken sandwich. Completely unacceptable and UNSANITARY!!! It is neither one of our hairs because it's been mixed into the batter that covers the chicken and cooked that way. You can clearly see me yanking on the hair strand and it won't come out. Took the sandwich back for a refund after getting food for my niece somewhere else but now I'm feeling sick from eating my food. I trusted this place for uncontaminated food I hope I can trust to receive my refund within how ever many days I was told it will take. A regrettable purchase that has cost me over $60 .... And now my stomach is making weird sounds n feels like something will be coming back up. My visit was on 12/22/23 around 7pm so I hope others who visited this day feel better than we do!

I'm almost positive the the manager George is buying/selling drugs out of this restaurant. I noticed that he kept meeting random strangers with bags outside of the store and let's his friends behind the counter to hang out. He had little to no interest in selling food as if that wasn't his job.

I ordered a 6 piece boneless and got 4 pieces, their place smelt horrible. And I ordered honey bbq, they gave me mild.
Extremely slow service. The screen that displays the orders said that the order was ready since I arrived, yet when I asked for my order they said it was almost done. I had to wait 25min to receive my order. What is the point of passing through the orders to say they are ready if they are not? A manager or district manager might want to check out how operations are going there. I will not be returning to this location.

The 10 piece boneless wings bundle with fries is cheaper than the regular wings which I noticed once I got to the store for pickup but they wouldn't give me the fries or adjust my order. More evidence this place is poorly managed. For a long time they gave a free wing order in exchange for a 5 star review which is just unethical.

I got mine to go and really appreciated the boxes they wrapped my order in. Honey bbq wings are AMAZING. You can’t go wrong with those. Also got some delicious sweet chili lime wings. They were just the right amount of spicy and sweet. Wings are good. The fries sucked. That’s the only reason I’m giving them a 3 stars. Fix your fries Buffalo Wild Wings!

They are speedily in prepping but do not know about details I guess. Ordered original wings from them and I can only guess they didn’t season them at all just some regular bland wings and on top of that they did not include my fries in the order so I had to drive all the way back from home to tell them and once I did they gave me a box with about 6 wedges in the box. Im not sure but if you like being ripped off try this place ?
