They've got kids working the back that don't care and are lazy.

Today there was a sign on the door written by what looks like a child 'online orders only'

No one was in the front or kitchen to address missing items, called and whistled to grab attention to no avail.

I understand kids not being professional or lacking service skills or care, but take your money to the BWW in Gilbert

I ordered for delivery the 20 piece traditional wings with fries, and I wasn't satisfied with my order. The (20) wings came in (1) big box divided up in 4 sections with no labels of the sause used, which was very frustrating. I ordered the original buffalo, medium, caribbean jerk, & mango habanero.
The fries looked like they were just thrown into the box & had no food wrapping paper under the fries in the box, so the salt & pepper seasoning were falling out from the corner of it's box.
The food was good. I just wasn't satisfied with how it was prepared. I'm not sure if I would order from this location again.

They only got one guy working for the whole store. Terrible, I felt so bad for him. The franchise owner needs to be fined or get in there and help the man out.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Ordered on the website for delivery. Received an email that my food was delivered. Food was no where to be found. Called the store and they told me they actually don’t deliver and they use a 3rd party delivery service (which is not stated on the website). I was told I should call DoorDash. Not sure how that would get resolved being that DoorDash wouldn’t have record of my order since I didn’t order from them. Once I mentioned that they said only thing they can do it offer a refund. The girl on the phone had a major attitude and was not very empathetic that I was out $34. She also claimed there was no manager on site. Hard to believe. Will never order from here again.

Was excited to try this location out for the first time since its by my house. Unfortunately once i got home they were not as expected, these are not the BWW ive had in the past, Very hard and a bit cold like they were sitting out for a while. There was barely any sauce on the wings so it was basically chicken tenders that i ordered at least thats what they tasted like. Its unfortunate that i paid a good amount on this order just to be disappointed. Other than that the place was clean inside and the celery was good (:
