I work in the shopping center where this location is situated. I've given this place 3 tries and God only knows why. It's always dead yet my app/online order takes 30mins. I've learned not to get the traditional wings due to the sub-par size and being dry and stale even with sauce. Their chicken sandwich is small and always dry. We shall see how this 30+min buffalo chicken wrap and curds are ?Service is so slow and not very friendly. Not the brightest staff and there's no hurry to do anything. Asked 3x if my order was ready and they hadn't even started it. Then it sat there for a while getting cold before I asked again if my order was ready. And they expect a tip wothh in location and online ordering?!?!?! Ha!

Ordered food for pick up on 12/23 around 9 pm. The store called me saying they are closing early & won’t be making the order because it was 2 days before Christmas so they needed to close early. They said since I placed the order online it will be automatically refunded. I was not happy because it was a few hours before closing with nothing posted about an early close but I understand it’s close to a holiday right.A week passes no refund. I call the store they tell me the manager is too busy and can’t help me right now call back later. I hung up and waited then tried calling a few hours later. Well no one answered the phone so I gave up on this. I forgot about it until a few weeks later I noticed the charge on my card. I decided to go in person to get my money back for something I paid for & never received. The workers there had no idea how to process a refund or look up my receipt. I had showed them an email copy from Buffalo Wild Wings (ordered directly through their website no third party app) they had no idea what to do with it. The other person there that looked maybe like a manager told me to contact corporate for a refund.Wait so I need give you guys money for something I didn’t get then jump through hoops to get a refund? I was not happy I told them I am not going through the hassle you need to contact me so they made ME write out a statement on a receipt paper saying the Regional Manager would give me a call. It’s been 3 weeks since that with no update. Do not waste your time with an establishment as poorly ran as this one. This is the worst customer service/ ordering from a company I’ve ever experienced. Train the staff properly or make sure they actually are working!!! Insane

i have been to a lot of places for wings and while the sauce was great it was the wings that seemed not crispy. a bit chewy. ill admit that i am picky about my wings. i look for the fall of the bone crispy skin type of wings. those ones just werent what i like. the people there were very nice and i have no complaints about the establishment. it was clean and inviting

Went here on New Years Eve so that may have affected the business. They were out of large drink cups and ended up giving us 16oz sodas from the fridge instead. My friend ordered a 3 piece strips and the pieces were probably the smallest strips imaginable. I myself got a burger that was meh at best. No excitement and we waited half an hour for the food, with no people before us.

if the girls working the night shift werent listening to music on their airpods maybe they could listen better instead of having the customer repeat themselves over and over again. The sense of urgency to get the food made and out the door is no where to be found.
