A huge shout out to Amber at this location in Mesa. She was friendly, funny and so sweet she gave us Burger King crowns 👑 As we waited for our onion rings to cook. She made us laugh and enjoyed watching us make a TikTok as we enjoyed our 🍦 and bragged about our experience. She made our cones perfect! 🤩 We will be back!!

I came here early in the morning for breakfast. The Lyft driver that drove me said that he had driven the manager, Leonard, to work 3 times and apparently he was late each time. I get there at 6:05am and the doors are locked. Google says the hours are open 24 hours for dining room and drive thru but the sign on the door says 6am. A lady let me in and told me that she is night shift and she is waiting for Leonard who is late again. She had trouble with the front counter register trying to ring up my order because she only does drive thru. She took care of me when she didn't have to and I really appreciate it. I don't like how some restaurants like this one will lie about the dining room being open 24 hours only to find that only the drive thru is open and I took a Lyft to get there so that doesn't help me. If she didn't let me in, I would have had to go to another restaurant to eat. I'm so grateful that I didn't have to. This manager, Leonard, seems to be very derelict in his responsibilities and maybe needs to be replaced. The night lady said she needed to take care of her kids and the manager apparently couldn't be expected to show up on time. Fast food is going to hell nowadays.

I just wanted a dinner with my son, my son is Hispanic but born here his English is very good I don't understand why she yelled at him so ugly and I couldn't even understand the coupon number when my son told her loud and clear and I couldn't understand according to her anything my son said honestly they don't deserve customers restaurants that can't even treat the customer with respect better go in n out I asked her what her name was and she didn't give it to me she was an American with headphones get out of there woman look for the job of your dreams
This Wendy’s has a poor rating and I have no idea why. The service was amazing. They were so patient with me and my young indecisive boys. The food was hot and tasted great. They also got our order correct. Great experience!

I had just called about a question on my uber eats order and the lady was so mean to me says she don’t have time to add a side of sauce to my order or when asked to make fresh she tells me I have to tell the driver how when the food will be made then there is no option for me to choose sauce or to make fresh the food comes old and gross late at night and then she hung in my face this is not okay service if her job that bad then quit find a new one
