The food was a little cold and they're pretty rude and I noticed the b rating on the health inspection I heard the staff in the back arguing and they were using profanities there were only a few adults in the lobby but if there were parents there with their children they may have gotten pretty upset
I was cheated out of money and lunch today because someone made poor decisions. I ordered the maple bourbon burger, which I’ve been ordering every other day for lunch and today I was given a slightly bacon burger. Three half slices of not candied bacon, cheese and the thinnest layer of sauce, no crispy onions, no crispy jalapeños. See image for reference. This is a really good burger and worth the price, getting none of the toppings I could have just got a freaking whopper...
I stop by here frequently for a quick bite to eat. I enjoy the staff, they are friendly and recognize their regular customers. The very few times I had a concern it was taken care of immediately.
