They shut down the grill before they closed and I couldn’t order any hot food

False advertisement on the Wednesday Adam value meal. It does not come with onion rings or the shake it is a regular whopper meal I told them I wanted to switch my drink to the shake and they charged me 6.00 just to change my fountain drink to a small shake .They charged me Xtra for the fries that shouldn't of been charged because it's a "Meal" suppose to come with onion rings* Not very happy. I tried Wendy's krappy patty meal yesterday, and it was giving to me exactly how they have it advertised.
Everybody likes Burger King. Good stuff Maynard. ! I wouldn't eat there too often though because it's not exactly super healthy. Taste excellent.

Worst service at this berger king I have ever seen, after the 3 try to get my charge right on a 11.57 order from a 20.00 I finally left still .03 short but that's not even the problem it was the managers look of disbelieve like it was my fault that thay don't know.how to count. I will never return to that berger king again.

I order two meals and chicken nuggets for my dog and also two wraps. The only thing that looked ok was the nuggets for my dog. I asked for cheese on my chicken sandwich WHICH I PAID FOR and didn’t get cheese. The two chicken sandwiches looked really dark brown so it is safe to assume it was old. The wraps were gross. This is the second time I’ve order food at this place and was disappointed. Y’all need to hire a better GM

Went today when we walked in the manager and another worker were asleep almost on top of each other. We paid with cash the girl at the register didn't know how to put how much money we have her all she kept saying was she needed to get high to do her job correctly. She was giving us to much back took another worker to help plus me showing both of them how much I should get back. The food was coldish by the time we got it. To top it off the two that were asleep when we walked in started to make out so unprofessional. It's a shame my children had to see that

Pulled up at about 9pm and order 3 simple items, only car in the drive thru and was asked to pull out to the entrance and wait for my food. It's been 10 minutes now and still no food. Now I have to get out of my car and walk in and demand my food. This is ridiculous. Definitely won't be back here.
We were super hungry and it’s 1140 pm we drive up through drive thru and they said they are CLOSED?! WHAT at 11:40? It says 12am they close! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Drive thru employee has an attitude this morning. After everything I said he moaned and sighed like it’s a problem. I ordered two meals. Not that hard

It seems since they have computer screens to order your food inside, they no longer have anyone to take care of customers. The person who read my order off their screen asked if it was to dine in or to go, which confused me because when I ordered it, I noted it was to dine in. I said it was too dine in, but they couldn't hear me, presumably because there was a headset to take drive-thru orders on one ear and an airpod in the other ear. When they put my order on the counter, they just disappeared afterward. I had to wait to get to get their attention to ask for a water cup and ketchup, which took several attempts, and had to repeat myself again, I suppose because the ears were being used for other purposes.
The lack of customer service if appalling. I've guess we just have to put up with it because even the manager on duty was hiding in the back, helping make food. Sad for dine in customers.

I pulled into the drive thru this morning at 9:08am. I waited at the order speaker for a few minutes with no answer. I even stated my presence a few times, but notta. I drove slowly through, and while passing the window, I saw a large employee staring blankly out of the window. I think they just were not in the right state of mind to work today. Unfortunately, due to this behavior, the store will lose more than just my business. This seems to be the new norm. I suppose it is on me for thinking a sevice industry business would actually perform said services they open each day to do.
