Lady behind counter was perfect. She helped me for several minutes. Insuring I had exactly wahat I wanted. Thank you. She had no name. The last time I went to a Bk. Was when they had blue buns. My experience at my home town Bk. Was so bad. This lady was great.

Sucks that every time I go through the drive through I never get the exact order I ordered....no bacon or no cheese, something I ordered and was charged for but get home to find out I didn't get ....not happy with drive thru service

Bugger king lost customers today which is why im now forever boycotting burger king over the stupidest thing but its the PRINCIPAL of what happened that made me commit to this. Ordered food online, I did not want pickles on my burger but rather on the side yet their online order system doesn't allow that function possibility, at least that I could find so when going to pick up my food I asked for a side of pickles and the worker said I'd have to charge you and I said I paid for those pickles when I purchased the burger I just want them on the side to eat separately with the burger and he said no you still have to pay for them and again I said I already paid for them when I asked to to leave them off the food. I shouldn't nor did I have to pay for it a 2nd time so I left peacefully and called the district manager thinking how everything is overpriced and left a detailed message of the wrong doing. I'm sure nothing will be done nor will he reach out to me on the matter so I'll do what I can do and just not give them anymore of my money. SHAME ON YOU BURGERKING YOUR BAD 100%

Manager female and tao disrespected me. I asked for no salt due to health. Tao walked away when asked for his name. He said there was no salt when I tasted it and the females agreed.

This location always provides quick and consistent service. The food is always what you'd expect from Burger King. I've been to this location probably 25 times and they've never messed up an order. One of the better BK locations in East Mesa.
