Long waits and cold food for the last 3 times I've ran through the drive thru

Please make it make sense! Is it the owner or is it the staff! Why is food NEVER HOT! WHY! Why would you extend to a customer any less consideration than you yourself would come to expect! Don't you want your food hot! Don't you want it freshly prepared! Frigging burgers are warm at best and never hot!!!! Then the mean-spirited, bald guy who is very dismissive, and uncaring! He is rude too!
Anyway ... Fries hit or miss and luck of the draw if you get some hot as you may be lucky enough to catch 'em coming up out of the fryer! I ask if its the owner as they could be the one(s) telling their staff to hold back!
Either way it is awful and getting your food hot should be the STANDARD and attributed to LUCK! What I can say on a positive not is the manager (the Asian Guy) aims to please and goes out of his way on a skeleton crew and huge shout out to you sir!
Nevertheless, I cannot give 5 stars but really wanted wanted to as maybe the manager wasn't on duty today as I feel he would have made all the difference; than again maybe not as its anyone's guess. Hence' guess we won't be going back.

So I just need everyone to know that this Berger King is the worst one that I've ever been to!!! We happen to go to Berger King at least 3 times per day because we have an Autistic son that loves there French fries and Hashbrowns. And that's pretty much all he eats. Today 1-7-26 we had a horrible experience with who I believe is the manager of this location. Tao is this person's name and he has no respect for handicap people!! We came this morning to order 2 orders of Hashbrowns and when we got to the window after we paid Tao asked us to move around to the front and wait there tell the Hashbrowns are done. With a quick look in my rear view mirror and noticing that there was no one in the drive through behind me I politely said no I'll wait here because I have a Autistic son and he doesn't understand. Our son thinks that if we leave the window without his food that he won't get it and he has a meltdown. I know most people might think this is no big deal but let me tell you this is a HUGE deal!! This could last for hours and ruin a whole day!!! This manager has NO CLUE!!! So back to the interaction with this ignorant moron. And let me remind you that there is not one other car in the drive through during our whole interaction. So after he asked me to move and I said no I'll wait here there is no one behind me. He said I have a clock timer and I said ok..... and shook my head like I don't care about your timer I'll just wait here.... After he gave me the Hashbrowns he told me not to ever come back!! Super rude and super nasty!! So I said I'm sorry!! What was your name? Then he yelled at me and said get your car out of my drive through and don't ever come back!!! Like yelling really hard!!! Still not one car behind me in this drive through!! I had already got his name I just wanted him to know by asking his name he would definitely be Named in a review. These people need to realize that customer service is way more important than a bad mark on your day because of a timer!! If there is not another person in the drive through don't ask a car to move around because your not prepared to fulfill and small order like 2 Hashbrowns or a large French fry. They have no clue who might be in the car and what implications asking someone to pull around and wait might have!!!
We definitely will not be back the this Berger King!!!

They don't deserve the stars that I gave them afternoon shift terrible the person in the front that takes your order. He must have been having a bad day. I feel like when I told him I was eating here. The way he put the tray on the counter. It made me feel like he didn't want to serve me.
Go there again the. Burger that I ordered was supposed to be a double but it was a single and even though it was made very sloppy, very rushed. I do not recommend going at least on the second ship. The first shift they are very respectful and good
I’ve been a loyal customer to this Burger King location for years but today the line was drawn I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION and I’m never ever going back the so called “Store manager” couldn’t resolve my issue when I came in politely asking him to see if he can resolve my problem on Friday afternoon me and my husband bought food from this location my husband only had 100 dollar bills and he payed with a bill we didn’t realize the cashier had given us a ripped 20 I told my husband I would go in on Monday and see if the manager can fix it or something I didn’t have a receipt but I was 100% sure they had camera footage of us pulling up to the drive thru so the manager took a whole hour I realized he was taking long so I started checking on my phone what estimated time I came to Burger King so it could make it easier on his end he never cared to even ask what car so I told the lady that was upfront that I was in a grey Nissan again I tried to make it easier to find us on camera footage they had told me they saw us but never wanted to show us camera footage and the part where there cashier handed us the ripped 20$ bill I just wanted them to fix the issue but instead they called the police on me when I WAS NO THREAT TO THEM I FELT VERY HUMILATED AND I FELT DISRESPECTED , they all turned there backs on me the lady upfront the “manager “ the “store manager” the guy that called the police on me instead of solving the issue and the “cashier” that handed me the ripped 20$ didn’t even provide me any names VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!! The two guys upfront in the afternoons shift also treat you like crap can’t even ask for condiments without them getting mad . Instead of hiding behind the counter step up and at least somewhat do your job right !

the big white guy with glasses at the drive through didn’t give us sauce and rolled his eyes when we came back and politely asked for some. he then proceeded to give us one of each sauce for a bunch of food we ordered and then slammed the window before we could ask for more. worst customer service ever..

I waited in line for 15 mins with 3 cars ahead. I pulled up and they said we will be with you shortly.
I asked what was taking so long, and they said we are trying to get through a line.
I ordered two things chicken fries that didn't even taste like chicken and Cini minis that should have been warm and they were cold.
So I guess you punish people for asking why it is taking so long?
Five minutes per car to order?
I think not!

Lady behind counter was perfect. She helped me for several minutes. Insuring I had exactly wahat I wanted. Thank you. She had no name. The last time I went to a Bk. Was when they had blue buns. My experience at my home town Bk. Was so bad. This lady was great.

Sucks that every time I go through the drive through I never get the exact order I ordered....no bacon or no cheese, something I ordered and was charged for but get home to find out I didn't get ....not happy with drive thru service
got drive thru and they gave no napkins or ketchup and i spent $40 i shouldn't have to ask for simple things like ketchup and napkins especially after paying $40 for 3 combos
