I had a very bad experience at Burger King, 9240 E Cadence Pkwy. I clearly mentioned in my order to add tomato, pickles, mayo, ketchup, and mustard, but none of them were included. On top of that, I requested my sandwiches to be cut in half, and that was also ignored.

It honestly feels like the person making the food either wasn’t paying attention or didn’t care about doing their job. This is very shameful for Burger King. We are paying for our food, not getting it for free.

If Burger King wants to save money, they should save it in other areas — not by ignoring customer instructions. At the very least, have some common sense and respect for paying customers.

I do not recommend this location at all.

This is ridiculous, I walk into the Burger King go straight to the kiosk to get about a $10 triple whopper burger, then a skinny Mexican dude with tattoos comes up to me and says “are you good” when I didn’t nothing wrong was just ordering, so I told him I’m just ordering and proceeds to give me more attitude saying “that’s what I thought” so I am already pretty upset from this which I’m sure everyone else would be too, so then I try to pay at the counter with cash and they are almost refusing to let me pay for my burger and they ignore me so I said this place sucks I’m not coming back and the same worker that gave me attitude decides to follow me and my friends outside along with all the other workers, takes his headphones off and tries to fight us and is talking shit calling us names. This is the worst service I’ve ever been through, this worker I can tell is experiencing very bad mental problems and isn’t in the mind of state to be working there, I will be getting camera footage and making more reports I recommmend to all of you to find the next Burger King even if it’s close by, they will turn your day from good to bad real quick.

I was not impressed with the Egg-Normous burrito. They should call it the Egg-Petite burrito. The burritos are a much better deal at Jack in The box and del Taco.

Waited 2 minutes at the drive through and no one said please wait or anything so I pulled up to the window thinking the speaker was broken. The manager very rudly said I'm lying and they asked me to wait and I have to pull back around after placing my order with the cashier. He was very aggressive and yelling at me. I asked for a refund and he stated they dont so receipts but really its 2025 and thats not a thing so I had to wait 4 extra minutes in the drive thru for him to give it me. I didn't catch the supervisor's name but he is tall and skinny with long red hair. That man should be fired considering how rude he is and unprofessional. I can't imagine how the workers who have to answer to him must feel.

Service sucked. they didnt put bacon on my double bacon cheeseburger, and they didnt cut it in half or put mayo on it. They took forever and the fries were way too salty. Im very disappointed and definitely would not recommend.

The last three times we've gone here they have gotten our order wrong. It doesn't matter how slow this location is the workers always seem like they are in total chaos and don't know what they're doing. New management would go a long way to making this location a lot better.

Horrible! I ordered a double cheeseburger on kiosk but my burger had no cheese. I told manager and she refused to remake it or give me my money back AND KEPT MY BURGER. She said I selected no cheese on kiosk. If that was true wouldn’t you still offer to remake it or refund the customer? I had to leave without anything.

Horrible service! Order lunch and waited 25 minutes no food, no drink. Only have 30 minutes asked for a refund. Had issues getting that done. Store it not managed very will at all.
