I only saw 2 people working 2 people inside waiting including myself... It felt dead, no communication between the 2 I saw. The young lady with dark hair did not seem to be helping the asst mgr.. he was nearly running station to station and see was not helpful... Rolling her eyes and saying you need to fix that order etc... No team... I waited 17 minutes for 2 sandwiches inside the store... Although the guys was decent.. it's fast food and I was not making dinner that late... It's my 1st time to the store.. I will try again see if improved... But I hope ownership figures it out or it will fail... A very very busy location...

I've never seen anyone work as hard as Noel the worker there. He literally was the only one running the whole restaurant, no one else was there. He was running from kitchen to front counter to drive thru. We need more people like Noel that don't just quit and keep on doing what must be done. God bless you Noel.

I went in with no expectations and left restless to leave a review. Manager I think his name was Demitri is a down to earth guy that just has so much experience from what I can tell just by the way he carried himself. Honestly best BK experience that has left an impression with me. I’ll be back. Thanks again!

It was clean, the lead manager (probably) working along with the staff, and he checked the order along with asking questions to get the order right in the drive through, he also went out to clean and the food was really good, (they also had surge)

The manager Demittrick has this store the cleanest I have ever seen it. Demittrick and his staff were very professional and friendly. I have been to this location before and have not seen this kind of great service. Great work !

Parking: Just be careful of the Chipotle patrons they back up pretty quick near the BK drive thru lane.

They are batting 0 for 5 on getting orders right. Every single time something is wrong or missing. Cooks don't even bother looking at tickets, you get what they serve. Wait times for ordering inside vary from a few minutes upwards of 30 minutes regardless if there is no one else.

Not one clean table in the restaurant. The drink station is so gross and obviously hasn’t been cleaned in days. Told the manager and she only said thank you. Did not send anyone out to clean.
You can only order on the kiosk. Promotions are not listed in kiosk. Workers ignore and avoid you. Better going to the mc donalds rite next to it and get actual real employees help you and take your order.

Ordered fish sandwich no Pickles. Came with Pickles all over the sandwich. Cold, old fries. Asked for ketchup and salt. We got pepper. Asked for a ice water because we don't drink soda. It was 3 Oz cup for toddler. Really!?!?!?!? Asked for extra napkins, we got 3. $20 for 2 adult meals. No wonder I NEVER go to burger King. BEWARE BK DRIVE THRU. ITS NEVER RIGHT!!!

Even when not busy had to "pull around front" and of course the firat time they brought the wong order. Staff were friendly but were not executing. Came for "fast food", was not fast...plus cost just as much as a sit down meal. Shoukd have gone to brewery in same area.
