The last three times we've gone here they have gotten our order wrong. It doesn't matter how slow this location is the workers always seem like they are in total chaos and don't know what they're doing. New management would go a long way to making this location a lot better.

Horrible! I ordered a double cheeseburger on kiosk but my burger had no cheese. I told manager and she refused to remake it or give me my money back AND KEPT MY BURGER. She said I selected no cheese on kiosk. If that was true wouldn’t you still offer to remake it or refund the customer? I had to leave without anything.

Horrible service! Order lunch and waited 25 minutes no food, no drink. Only have 30 minutes asked for a refund. Had issues getting that done. Store it not managed very will at all.

Person stops speaking while trying to place order on drive through. No receipts with order and they missed my 8 piece nuggets. And junior fries had barely 7 pieces. I didnt check and was already home when I found out. Never going to this location again.

Went in bought two double whoppers meals waited about 10 minutes for the whopper only have one patty we brought up to their attention they remade it and the second time we found a hair in it. Totally lost our appetite threw everything away and assistant manger Claudia only refunded us the whoppers like we were going to eat only the fries.

Overall better than most Burger kings I've been too. Employees were working, presentable and staying busy. Food was on point, lobby was clean although I didn't dine in. Keep the vibe Goin!!!
Not very clean. Looks like the floor hasn't been mopped in a long time. Packaging very greasy.

Nice new place.. however ordering is all digital and a it had little bit of a wait for the food. Perhaps they need some help in the kitchen as there was only one cook from what I could see. But I recommend this place if you aren't in a hurry. Food was nice n hot. 👍
Rude and disrespectful service I need to keep an eye on this Burger King a lot of young kids doing nothing, the cook and the colored haired cashier are the worst the Manger needs more training.
