IF I COULD HAVE RATED A ZERO I DEFFINATLY WOULD HAVE! I AM LITERALLY ON MY 8TH FREAKIN CALL TO THIS LOCATION AND DELIBERATLY GOT HUNG UP ON BY THE MANAGER BECAUSE IM TRYING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT ONLY WAS I SPOKEN TO VERY UNKINDLY I ALSO GOT MY FOOD BASICALLY THROWN AT ME AND THEN SLAMMED THE WINDOS ON MY FACE. I had a horrible experience with their drive thru. The person running back up was rude.
I didn't hear the first person and started to order and the back up person came on and rudely said "HOLD ON A MINUTE. "
So we just left.
At the time this happened there was only one car in front of us so the drivethru was not busy at all.
