Food is fine, but the whole point of a pickup order is for it to be ready when I get to the restaurant. For some reason, burger king does not start making your food until you arrive.

It's laughable to expect good service from you, at night today It wasn't a difficult request I asked her to make me a Texas whopper freshly grilled. The burger didn't look fully cooked. the manager And for a twist she added that she first made the fries for me What a surprise she oversulted them on purpose, How can you mess that up. The ability to do evil doesn't surprise me no matter how small it is.

The dude who closed today is awesome! Didn’t catch his name but he was fast and friendly and has a great attitude.
A few days ago, 20 minutes before they closed, the lady at the drive thru was so pleasant, my Double Wednesday Impossible Whopper was delicious, and my whole meal was actually hot and fresh 🥳 thanks again.

The manager I guess decided to do her own thing an over ride the coupon.. plus her face was clearly not having a good day, I don't understand why I get these in the mail for them to Employees to do there own thing.. clearly help me, help them

I got the impossible vegan hamburger, it is so so good, their French fries so good. You can never tell if it is vegan, it tastes and looks just like meat. So good! The price bothers me a little, it costs more money to try to eat healthier.

The person at the front counter was extremely rude. Everything on the menu I tried to order I was told they didn't have it. I finally gave up and had to walk out. Never in my life have I encountered someone so hatefull and mean. All the customers who came in were also treated very badly.
