Okay this place seriously sucks, the management is awful, the staff is lazy, and cant complete a simple order of frys and nuggets.
Even confirming over the intercom medium frys?
I say yes get charged for them and never got them
This isn't my first incident, and they did nothing to fix it just shrugged off as an all well.

Twice I’ve gone through drive thru and see the cashier holding and swiping on their cell phone and then go directly handle my food. We all know how NASTY cell phones are and it looks unprofessional. Last straw for me was last week when a WAX PENCIL was left in my chicken sandwich! I had to drive back and show it to the manager. She said she couldn’t find my order and I didn’t have a receipt so she wouldn’t give me a refund. I’m only giving two stars for service because she gave me fries and a drink in addition to the whopper I agreed to take as a substitute. Still gross. I don’t know how you wrap a sandwich without noticing that!

Very tasty and fresh French fries. But do me a favor. Don't stand there and hold a 5 minute conversation with my food in your hand. We did come here for lunch not to listen to employee's conversation

The Hispanic girl that works there is so nice. When she’s working, the fries and burgers are fresh and always HOT even by the time I get home, and that rarely happens in fast food anymore. 👏🏽

do not reprimand your people at the window in front of the customers. if they do something wrong you let it slide and then you take them aside after the fact and you tell them what's what. You know how embarrassing it is not only for the person that you are reprimanding but me as the customer? do better. if my $5 meal in food stamps didn't go through, I have a card that I could also put it on. I even have cash on me. You really made it sound like I don't have money because I get assistance. I get that that's not the point You are needing to train these people to not hand food out the window that cannot come back through the window, but honestly think before you speak. And the way you sounded so irritated with her.. It PMO really. You don't get to talk down to your employees or be passive aggressive. that's wrong.. And don't be asking people for their PIN numbers on their cards either. That's weird

Not much to say other than it's Burger King. Clean restaurant, friendly staff but turns over a lot.
Always fresh and ppl friendly we will bypass all other burger king to go to this one
