Tried to call about mix up with order the store locations phone kept on sending me to voicemail. Went to the store to explain situation was rudely communicated by the manager TAO. When asked to get the corporate number or somebody to reach out to he refused to give me any information and said he just didn't want to. Never been so disrespected in my life over a sandwich.

Just ordered through drive in, I forgot an order and when I when I told them, you could hear a sigh. I guess I got her mad. She wouldn't take the order and said I had to go to the window. I would have gladly made a second order. If I order at the window I have to wait longer for the burgers to be cooked holding up the line. At the window when I was asked what sauce I wanted, I asked what kind did they have. I was laughed at and told they had all kinds. I told the man I didn't know what kind. He looked upset and started naming them. Won't be going back.
