I got a chance to stop by today for lunch. Not the first time but I came back because the lady at the drive-thru is quick no nonsense or rhyme just bam gets your order in and out quick. I had to pay her a compliment to Latia today. I made sure to let her Manager Daryl that I appreciate her for that. Both are good hard hard-working folks. From one of your customers thank you so much.

Huh! My review disappeared what happened? I’m going from three stars to one. I come here on my lunch break spending shy of $30 every freaking visit. Well on Dec 4th I ordered the bourbon burger and got nothing on it but a thin layer of sauce and three tiny pieces of bacon. No crispy onions no crispy jalapeños. I’ve been ordering this burger regular and had no issues which is why I ordered it again!

I called several times as I was on lunch and needed acknowledgement that I’m bringing the burger back the next day for a refund. No call back no answer and I couldn’t get a refund.

You should be able to look up yesterday’s orders especially because it was online. Really disappointed and I guess my daughter was right BK s ucks.

Idk how anyone could get away with handing someone a burger with nothing on it knowing how expensive these burgers are. Finding a new lunch spot I guess.

I can't get used to waiting 10 minutes to get my fast food. It seems like every fast food restaurant is short-handed with only one cook. Then your food comes out cold also, very disappointed.

The Employees don't work they cut me off for some excuse but just like I thought they are folding like little ceasers lol. poor excuses of a "workers" or somebody you want to argue with, I wish they let me stay but obviously there not concerned about the health side (back I took care of evrey myself) the new managers are r tarded that's all I have to say

They always take FOREVER to get food ready. There is a young girl with black hair and works towards the front, she is rude to everyone and cusses constantly. I have young kids and she makes me want to knock her out the way she talks at her JOB. It isn’t right. Now tonight I watched another guy with glasses be extremely rude to two other customers. I also watched a worker behind the counter pick his wedgie then continue to prepare food. So disgusted by this Burger King. It’s horrible.

I rarely leave reviews but I had to this time because of how darn sweet Latia was at the drive through!! Its not often that you encounter such good, friendly customer service anymore. Our order was perfect, we hardly had to wait, and our day was made. Latia is a ray of sunshine!!!

She did not ask if I wanted to Donate? Donate to what? My money is my money it would be nice if I was at least told. As I was walking out the manager started talking about when I was walking up? Say it to me next time up close I have ears im not stupid. I can tell your not from Arizona with your mannerisms maybe learn to adapt to the community you disrespect employees need to get a new team at this location. I was told what to do and she starts pointing telling me to order in the screen yes it’s me the one with the coupon in my culture pointing is rude! I am the customer so not tell me what to do. It is not my issue you choose to stress and work.
