If I could give it a negative number I would. The worst customer service. I went thru the drive thru and it took 5 minutes before they came to the intercom and there was only 1 car in the 2nd lane. Had to repeat the order also. Waited over 10 minutes at the window before they told us to pull around because the chicken fries weren't ready. After 20 minutes from time if payment, still don't have my order. Went inside to find out what the problem was and they said still waiting on chicken fries. I asked does it take 20 minutes for them and they said no. So then what the hell is the hold up. Mind you store was not busy only 1 person inside eating. So finally got my order, need less to say it was cold because it sat on the counter waiting on the chicken fries and not under the warmer . I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't offer me that. So I asked for the manager and he wasnt there, got his name and number and he still hasn't responded Contacted Corp and they offered me a 15.00 digital coupon, I explained I wanted a refund and was told that had to come from the store owner/management. That was 1 week ago and I still haven't heard from them. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Obviously the workers learned horrible customer service from the owner/management so it all flows downhill, and no one care about the customer or quality of service that should be received. I know it's fast food but I still expect better then what I received

Shawn took our order, assisted with the coupon and gift card and gave us the senior discount on the drinks. He was polite, respectful, helpful and extremely accurate in getting our social orders. The food was cooked by Hunter and he brought it out quickly, hot and nicely wrapped the whopper juniors were tasty, good size and fresh with no grizzle in the meat. I don’t know these people but it’s the first time in a long time I felt “served with respect” and received EXACTLY what I ordered in a timely fashion. We were there at 1:50 on a Tuesday so it wasn’t busy but everything was completed perfectly. The entrance way smells bad between the entrance doors but not sure what the problem is. I find that at several fast food restaurants recently. They still get 5 stars as the service was terrific and the food perfect. That’s why I came here.

Firm chicken nuggets, drive thru takes forever(6-7minutes), also from my experience if they make you pull aside for a single combo meal just leave or you're gonna wait awhile. If I wanted to wait 10minutes plus for a burger I would go to in'n out and pay half the price for food that doesn't taste so sweaty.
