I have never had a more horrific experience with an overpriced dry 12 dollar disgusting burger. The fries were not cooked and I was told that since I arrived late I got the gross fries. I will never visit this “Local establishment” again :(

My wife and I decided to try this place for the first time for an at home date night. I got the CEO, my wife got the bacon cheeseburger, and we shared a family fries with parmesan and herb seasoning to go. Everything was delicious. Definitely got our money's worth and will absolutely eat here again. Looking forward to it!

Stopped in here for a quick dinner. My spouse had the CEO, and started the sauce was overpowering and just didn’t have good flavor. Parmesan cheese and herb fries were blah, not worth $9, IMO. I had a kid’s cheese burger and thought it tasted good.

All I ordered was the urban style fries but the garlic aioli on the side. I received the order the first time with plain fries and w side of garlic aioli and herbs on the side. Went back in and explained what i wanted. The guy who took my order was nice but the rest of the staff seemed annoyed. They “fixed” my order and sprinkled parmesan on the fries and gave the bag back. I got in my car and realized they took the garlic aioli out my bag. I asked one of the workers if he could please give the garlic and he apologized..i ended up having to throw the fries away wen i got home. They were soggy and barely edible. Very disappointed because the fries cost $8.53

A little pricey but the ingredients seemed good and the fries and hamburgers were tasty. They were fast. It was clean. I like that the trays are not plastic. I got the breakfast burger. Good and really interesting. Good fries and tons of them.

I ordered a cheese burger from them while in the hospital. My sister picked it up and brought it to me. My sister is pretty picky when it comes fast food places but she raved about how great the service was here. A woman working really impressed my sister. The burger was spot on. It was cooked perfectly. the seasoning was excellent. All in all it was a very good experience.

Wagu cheeseburger absolutely delicious and crispy hot skin on hand cut fries, well, enough for three people and wow so yummy. Self serve non ending soda refills too! This is a really good $8 burger sold for $11.50. Definitely not worth that much unfortunately. No offense, but hope you don’t get the girl at the register who can’t put an order in correctly. We tried three times once I realized she wasn’t putting it in right. Sure enough, still came out wrong.

Fairly upset, came here today and you were out of Diet Coke in your machine. It’s already a $24 bill to get a meal here and now I have to buy it per bottle instead of one cup with refills. I doubt I will be back if you can’t possibly keep your soda machine stocked.
First time here, and the lady who took my order was so helpful with questions I had, then she brought my dinner to my table (I was a takeout order but I sat down). The burger was delicious! Can't wait to try other menu

Burger was great! I love that they make there's with American waygu definitely taste the difference. Fries we good but i like mine with a bit of crunch. They also have beer on tap!

Meat has great flavor. The place has a nice setting but could be cleaner (bathrooms and windows need work). Burgers are over priced for size. I ordered a couple kids burgers and got myself an adult burger, there was no difference in size at all. They are actually quite small.

Took a rare night out, sans kids. The drink machine was out of almost all flavors until we brought it to their attention. Burgers were good and messy, the fries with the Cajun seasoning were really good. Overall, it was ok, but I wasn't amazed. The photos others have posted look about right, with lots of open space between tables.
