I love this place but I have to stop going here everytime I go there is no clean booths I always have to clean my own off which whatever then what did it today they were out of a lot of main items and instead of saying that at the beginning they tell you as you are ordering and already in the line so we just left our sandwiches that were already on the only bread they had available no brisket no tomato soup. I get it was a rainy busy day but prepare better or communicate with your customers better.

I ordered a bowl of chickpea and veggie soup only to get a bowl of broccoli stalk soup.. with about five chick peas floating around, even the stalks were hard to chew.. come on really? literally nothing but the stalk of the broccoli floating in broth.

I'm picking up an order for an Uber Eats customer and I have been ignored for about 7 mins now.
I can see that they are busy, but they should communicate with us drivers so we can communicate with their/our customers.
When/if you see people standing by the register ask them have they been helped. There are clearly a few orders on the shelf, but no one has said anything to me yet.

Worst experience ever waited 15mins and the young man up front clearly saw me and just continued to ignore me i believe his name was Meliah and even when we said excuse he still told us to hold on at this point we waited over 20mins for nothing ended up leaving. Do better cafe zuppas

So I have been here several times to pick up orders for Uber Eats and there is one particular employee a young man I believe his name was Meila?? Not sure how to spell his name correctly but everytime I have had encounters with this particular employee he does not acknowledged me at all!!!! On Thursday August 16th I waited over 15mins just to be spoken to and he clearly saw me and continued to ignore and he still did not acknowledge me or ask me if I needed help it took another employee walking by to ask if I've been helped. This is very unacceptable and like I mentioned this has not been the first nor second time this has happen he has horrible customer service and honestly am not sure why you want someone like that representing your company. Everyone esle has been more than friendly and welcoming but this particular young man is the worst.

The service was totally disorganized. I waited for everything totally disfunctional. The rolls were dry and then when I returned home they had shirted me my salad. The worst zuppas I have ever been to.

I was here about a week ago, and had the Power Bowl. It was very good, but I feel the Strawberry Chocolate dessert cups were pricey $9(mini) $14 (regular size). I had a friend with me, and hoped to share a very good dining experience with them. Unfortunately the ordering and “flow” of this Zupas location was a bit confusing for a first time customer, the acoustics seemed to amplify the noise level, and several of the tables were cluttered with used trays and trash.
I visited the Zupas at 3477 S. Gilbert Road for the first time several months ago at the same time of day (2pm), and had a better overall experience. (attentive employees, quieter and cleaner, etc.) I do like the menu items, and will probably be back to give it “another try”.

I ordered a kids meal a week or so and it was really good, especially for the value. I ordered the same thing today and it was awful. Chicken nuggets were cold and definitely not fresh and the thing that really irritated me was the half full cup of fruit, when I was given a full cup last time. I went and asked why it was half full and the girl was not particularly friendly and told me they put 5 pieces of each fruit in and she didn't even offer to add some to my cup. I will not be going back and will tell my customers not to go either. The customer service is seriously lacking!

We came into Zupas to celebrate my daughters birthday. She had an e-mail for a free dessert and the cashier couldn’t figure out how to do it. They put her dessert on her tray and then took it back. Really! Just give her the freaking dessert, geez!!
