Went to get strawberry cup for my wife and there was no one in line at the register just 2 ladies going down the sandwich/food line on the left, the 4 employees behind the counter refused to acknowledge me standing at the register. To add insult to injury they acknowledged the white man who came to the counter after me… I happen to have been the only black person in the store, staff included. I walked away, no need to spend money where I’m not wanted. Racist

This place used to be very solid. However, over the past 9ish months it has really gone downhill. We have been in here a handful of times and each time there is always an issue. Messy and disgusting where food is made, horribly slow at the register, and the food quality is doing as well.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. They need more staff for catering/online orders. The employees they have are doing the best they can but when you order and plan your lunch break around your pick up time and they flat out don’t have your order. I walked out. Went to the Eegee’s across the street and praying that they can get my lunch out to me before im late back to work. Thanks for the crappy day zupas. I was really looking forward to soup today. I have been sick and now super disappointed.

They went up in price and and decreased the amount in their salads. Charge 15 dollars for 3 bites of salad and a small sandwich. So not worth it.

removing the outdoor seating was a bad move! i miss sitting outside and enjoying the fresh air however hopefully new tables are coming soon??
i thought the food was as good as usual, my son was a major fan. highly recommend the turkey avocado bacon sandwich and the chicken enchilada soup! the cold hot chocolate is delicious 🫶🏻

Always one of my favorite places to go when visiting from Iowa. It has greatly declined since my last visit in 2023. The restaurant is very dirty, unkept, no outside seating. The floor is chipping and not a clean booth in the place yet many vacant. Bathroom was not clean. Food was good but I was so disappointed to see the decline in the routine maintenance and cleanliness. The atmosphere was not appealing in the least!

I love this place but I have to stop going here everytime I go there is no clean booths I always have to clean my own off which whatever then what did it today they were out of a lot of main items and instead of saying that at the beginning they tell you as you are ordering and already in the line so we just left our sandwiches that were already on the only bread they had available no brisket no tomato soup. I get it was a rainy busy day but prepare better or communicate with your customers better.
I ordered a bowl of chickpea and veggie soup only to get a bowl of broccoli stalk soup.. with about five chick peas floating around, even the stalks were hard to chew.. come on really? literally nothing but the stalk of the broccoli floating in broth.

I'm picking up an order for an Uber Eats customer and I have been ignored for about 7 mins now.
I can see that they are busy, but they should communicate with us drivers so we can communicate with their/our customers.
When/if you see people standing by the register ask them have they been helped. There are clearly a few orders on the shelf, but no one has said anything to me yet.

Worst experience ever waited 15mins and the young man up front clearly saw me and just continued to ignore me i believe his name was Meliah and even when we said excuse he still told us to hold on at this point we waited over 20mins for nothing ended up leaving. Do better cafe zuppas
