My lobster bisque had zero lobster and my wife's sandwich was skimpier than a subway sandwich. Zupa's usually is on point, but major fail this time. Can't see spending the money here again for the pathetic servings we were given.

I’ve eaten here three times over the years and never really liked it, but my most recent experience was awful in regards to the food quality. Rice and sweet potatoes were undercooked, so much so the rice couldn’t be chewed. One ingredient was completely omitted without my request. Another ingredient was either subbed without acknowledgement or just used in error.

I Ordered 2 tray of 8 half sandwiches with chips, description says serves 8, after receiving my orders we only got 8 chips but per their description it should of been 16 bags of chips, I called the store and was told that's how they come... I guess they don't need to know basic math to work here.

Filthy. Table after table is full of dirty dishes, the trays they served us were even filthy. The soup tastes watered down. Honestly the worst experience we've had at any zupas location. We will not be back to this location.

Loved my lunch today! Both gentleman that assisted me were helpful and friendly.
The soup was nice and hot, and delicious! I got the Wisconsin cauliflower, you can add bacon and/or shredded cheese to it as well.
The nuts about berries salad is always delicious, love the texture and crunch of the nuts in it. I added chicken to it today.
The chocolate covered strawberries are always perfect!
The space was clean, organized, and I love the vibes at this location.

My husband and I got two nourish bowls and the wild rice was severely undercooked. The unsweetened tea was also not very good, tasted old/moldy? Service wasn’t great mainly because no one looked like they cared about anything. Won’t be eating here again.
I came in today for lunch for the first time and I loved the atmosphere! Ordering was fast and easy, I got my food quickly and everyone was so nice and helpful!

Worst Zupas I’ve been to. We came at 7:30 and they were out of strawberries, vegetables and weren’t even willing to give us anything to accommodate the lack of service. Dirty areas, no welcome, grumpy people working the counter and overall just a bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location ever.

Service involved a poor ATTITUDE. I was ignored until I refused to walk away. The 3 workers tried to avoid waiting on the few people in line. My order was not prepared accurately. I was not asked if I wanted it "ToGo" or I was eating in the restaurant. My food was prepared in a "ToGo" container without my direction. My meal was missing bread, strawberry, silverware and my receipt. My extra full size soup did not have any bread, strawberry or silverware. My salad had little to no lettuce and I was given the wrong salad dressing. If I could give this place a NEGATIVE rating I would. BUYER BEWARE.

I love the food and the service, but it’ll be the last time I will eat at this location- because every single time the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting… 🤮 we My mother is 84 years old and has to use the handicap stall… That was the worst out of all of them, and it really looked like nobody had cleaned the bathrooms in several days. Trash was overflowing, floor was filthy. I brought it to the employees attention several times but on my last visit, it was just as bad. I hope somebody in management sees this review and finally does something because other than that this location has awesome food and service. Also, the door is so heavy my mother could not open it by herself… Please adjust the door or get some type of handicap button.

Not what it used to be, it seemed dirty, and the food handlers were unsanitary, using gloves and their hands to add veggies to your salad instead of using spoons or tongs. Won't be going there again.
