This visit was quite disappointing. The building looks closed (should have been my first sign), the girl helping us wiped the counter with the same gloves she prepped our food with (I didn’t want to sound like a jerk), most of the food bins were empty or scrapping the bottom. Then at the end of my meal I found what looked to be a piece of a bug in my chips. I wanted to go here bc it’s close to the grocery store. Next time I will opt for a different option.

Placed an order through the app an hour in advance for pick up. Arrived at the location to find that they were an hour behind on filling orders and after waiting 50 minutes after my schedule pick up time, my food was Still not ready. The employees at the location were clearly overworked, and they were understaffed and had no support from their management. If you plan on visiting here, I wouldn’t bother with ordering online just order it at the counter. At least you’ll get your food in a reasonable amount of time.

I placed a mobile order totaling $17, which was paid in full through the app. When I arrived to pick up the food, I was told I owed an additional $6 and would not receive my order unless I paid it. This made no sense, as everything had already been paid for upfront.
When I asked the employee to explain the charge, he was unable to provide an answer and did not seem to know how to resolve the issue. I requested a refund since I was not going to pay extra for no reason, but the employee also did not know how to process one and had to contact a manager. As of now, I still have not received a refund.
This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Due to this unnecessary and unresolved error, my child went without dinner from here and we had to go elsewhere to get food. I will not be returning to this location ever again and would appreciate my money back.
I placed an online order through Cafe Rio and paid in full ahead of time. When I arrived to pick it up they told me I still owed 5/6 more dollars. They could not explain why and refused to give me my food unless I paid again. Left with no food. Hopefully I'll eventually get my refund back.
I have complained about tgis before but though I would try again. My burrito was again almost entirely bean & rice with very little meat. That, and the beans and rice have way too much seasoning to the point that its all you can taste. I used to love eating there at location 107 but I refuse to piss away money on food I cannot enjoy in the least.
Great place for dine in or take out. Service was fantastic during lunch rush.
The shrimp tacos are FANTASTIC!! I could eat those every day. Very clean and a great staff

Great food great choices and great serving sizes.
First off, the food was old, and it looked like it had been sitting out for a while. Also, the guacamole I got in my quesadilla was litterly brown. The prices were crazy for the food they serve you. Also, they have zero gluten-free options according to the staff. And I couldn't believe the price I paid for old food that had been sitting out all day long.

This place is always out of grilled chicken. When asked the manager why she acted like she did not care! It is also very dirty and employees super unprofessional. We will never go back.
They lock the doors prior to closing. My husband went to get us dinner after putting our toddler to bed and the doors were already locked 10 minutes before closing. Good thing I didn’t place an order for pickup. I would’ve never gotten my food. If you close at 10:00pm, you should lock the doors at 10:00pm.

We did an online order and went to pick it up. There was another online order and they gave him our bag and we got one of his. Luckily we caught it before driving away. They remade our order. But the time we left we'd been sitting in the car for 30 minutes. After getting home we pulled everything out and my order was missing the lettuce to my tostada. ? I drove all the way back. Their reaction wasn't very sympathetic or apologetic. She offered to remake it and I said just put it in another container. I got the little Queso cup! ? I said I'm sorry but if you put that in my bowl you get more than that. She said I'll give you another. Gee thanks. I mean one mistake on one order, it happens. But this? Really? ?

This place is a joke, I placed a mobile order 20 minutes ahead of when I would arrive, I have sat and watched 27 people come in line and receive their food. I thought I was saving time ordering ahead, now I’m late for a meeting and my order is 22 minutes late and still counting.

Wish they do better with service and do what customer request. They placed steak in my bowl when I’m saying chicken. I asked to change the bowl and it took me so much time to convince her to change the bowl. There is no food wastage too as it’s the first thing in that.
