I ordered and paid for fries and when they didn't come with it I simply asked and the manager lady acted like I was asking for some for free. Also our food had so much condiment sauce it was everywhere and thoroughly gross. Not a good "all over the place" burger. Bun was also hard.

YOU MOBILE ORDER APP SUCKS SO MUCH. It won’t work on my iPhone 13 Pro running the up to date iOS. I can’t login. I can’t create a new account. I can’t order. I deleted and redownloaded the app from the App Store. Still nothing. Also, ditch the captcha on the app; I think that’s part of the issue. Anyways figure it out or I’ll stop coming. You spam me with an offer to try the new burger but only thru the app and then your app won’t work. Ffs. Figure it out.

This by far the worst sevice and hamburger I haved ever tried , I believe alpo tastes better than this, I had their new made in store guacamole burger, who ever prepared this forgot the main ingredient " avocado",
