I tried to redeem my Phoenix Suns coupon at this location, and the guy at the cash register just said no. Didn’t give me any reason, just didn’t want to do it. What a joke! I went to a different location and they redeemed it right away with no problem. Avoid this location!!!

My Husband and I got off of work and went to thos location. First the speaker did not work. The previous car drove up to place their order at the windows then parked in the front we did the same. Tje young man did not apologize for the audio being out and he was rushing the order. After the rush at the window he told us to park.in front of the other car. We waited for 11 minutes and had to turn off our car just to get our food.

Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had at a fast food place. I come here all the time, and the cashier is ALWAYS amazing. She’s incredibly friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. Orders are always right, she’s fast even when it’s busy, and her positive attitude makes your day better. This place is lucky to have her — she’s the reason I keep coming back! Cashier's name is Gloria. Keep up the great work !

I want to start by saying the customer service at the drive-through was exceptional. Gloria, the woman who greeted me, was incredibly friendly and welcoming—honestly a 10/10 greeting that made a great first impression.
That said, the wait time for my order was unreasonably long. I ordered two bacon, egg & cheese biscuit sandwiches, and it took a full 10 minutes to prepare. After about five minutes of waiting, I was seriously considering asking for a refund and going elsewhere.
I truly appreciate great customer service, and Gloria did an amazing job, but the kitchen speed really needs improvement. With faster service to match the friendliness, this place would be excellent.

I recently ordered a double western bacon cheeseburger however when I got the burger the onion rings were as old as they could have been and they were damn near fossil. I was able to reach the management and they said that they would make a fresh one for me on my next visit however when I visited they had done the same thing as before and gave me fossilized onion rings as well as hair on my burger. I've tried contacting Carl's Junior through the contact website in place a second complaint about their service being unsatisfactory as it could be. Once you find a hair in your sandwich as well as questionable onion rings with the food being as cold as it was it seems as if they're trying to avoid repeat clients beware to those trying to get a good sandwich it's not going to come from this place after 4:00

Unfortunately, this restaurant is failing me more and more lately. The prices have become ridiculous, the tiny portion size is simply unacceptable, having to pull around front and wait 15 minutes for a burger and fries with one person ahead of me is a real pain. They also removed the main reason I come here: Strawberry Fanta.
The burgers are still delicious, but everything else is sub par. After 15+ years of coming here, this will probably be my last visit. What a shame...

Why is the burger cold? Im eating this on the road and can't warm it up. This is unacceptable. Famous star with a room temp patty and cheese thats not even melted. Come on guys, you already charge so much for this. Why is it hard to serve this hot or even warm?
