I went into this location just about 30 mins ago to pick up an online order they missed half my order sadly I didn’t notice til I got home witch is 15 mins ago drive I’ve called the location several times and no answer can I pls be contacted by the manager

French fries were cold, Western Burgers had little barbecue sauce, and the staff member taking our order didn't get it right. Looked for the manager but only got the shift manager. NOT IMPRESSED and Carl's Jr is usually a good location.

I ordered a classic cheeseburger with no onions because I'm allergic and it still had onions all over it. i tried to call but no one would answer.
If I could give a 0, I would have. I ordered and purchased a Bacon Monster Biscuit and was given a sausage one....it was a small sausage looked burnt and egg was so thin...I have had the monster biscuit before and was cut in half..I could not believe it was $6 to $7..ridiculous..Will not be going there again.

You can't say no the free.99 ever. Do I still have a mountain of snacks from the Big Game? You know it! But it's a free burger. On top of my burger, I ordered some chicken nuggets because I couldn't remember if I liked them. Answer: I don't like them. The fries that came with them were also soggy and cold. :(
I'm starting to remember why I don't come here often. The last time I popped in was to try their Beyond Meat burger and I only remember that because of Yelp. Regardless, the Hangover Burger was the only thing fresh in my order since I'm sure they went through a lot of burgers yesterday. Two thumbs up and no complaints.
