Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had at a fast food place. I come here all the time, and the cashier is ALWAYS amazing. She’s incredibly friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. Orders are always right, she’s fast even when it’s busy, and her positive attitude makes your day better. This place is lucky to have her — she’s the reason I keep coming back! Cashier's name is Gloria. Keep up the great work !

I want to start by saying the customer service at the drive-through was exceptional. Gloria, the woman who greeted me, was incredibly friendly and welcoming—honestly a 10/10 greeting that made a great first impression.

That said, the wait time for my order was unreasonably long. I ordered two bacon, egg & cheese biscuit sandwiches, and it took a full 10 minutes to prepare. After about five minutes of waiting, I was seriously considering asking for a refund...
