Good service the you g man at the counter was friendly and welcoming which speaks volumes in this day and age seemed like he actually enjoyed his job. The food was good the store was clean.

Tried to get food through the drive thru. They accidentally charged us for the people before us which is fine and not a big deal at all. But they did not let us know what was happening. I had to honk two separate times to get their attention and even then they did not want to come. When they finally did the guys said “I’m trying to get you a refund” and I said get it but let me know what’s going on and give me my card back and give me my food. Long story short, nobody was listening or responding to us as we were trying to figure out whatevs going on. I will never come back to this restaurant again.
Parking: I order only the grilled chicken sandwich. I did order the diablo fries. I just felt they were not good and the price you pay isn't much of a value. But the blood orange drink was good.
Kid-friendliness: It doesn't have a play center like McDonald's. Every time I've ordered food from there I have not see how they interact with kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: It does have wheelchair accessibility and Handicapped parking.
