I'm rating this store as a delivery driver and Sergio is the one who made the experience amazing with his excellent customer service skills and he talks to the customers and such a great way and is very patient with us. Kudos to sergio! Keep up the good work. I don't know who else was working that shift with him that day but he was the one who stood out the most and I'm mentioned in the other person because this team had the food hot and the drinks ice cold and I'm definitely feeling good about this delivery for my customer. Not to mention when I got there the food was immediately ready as I walked in the door and that is rare.

We went into this carls jr because it was clise to bass pro. We walked in and wasnt greeted or anything. Kid actually walked away from register. Stood there for 10 minutes and no one came to take order. Kid stayed as far awy from register as he could. The place was not busy no drive thru customers either.

Great service, Francisco is always friendly and the food never disappoints!
I’ve been going to this location for a while now and I’ve never gotten sick from their food up until Sunday. I ordered a hamburger and jalapeño poppers. The next day I had severe diarrhea and vomit, turns out I have a stomach bug. I vomited their jalapeño poppers, not sure if it was the cheese that’s in it. But I would hope their food is up to date and this doesn’t happen to anyone in the future.
