I am shocked at how horrible the customer service is here, the guy working at the drive through was very rude and combative though I was just following what the app says. He is literally a measly employee at a fast food chain, he needs to ditch the entitlement and learn customer service. A joke. I will never go back here, I do not want that sloppy man near my food.

Went drive trough on March 25th at 9 pm . Just wanted Hamburger for $ 5 which I saw in add They said they have one small for$ 3. 60. I said yes. on Window I said no drink just give me some more fries for substitution I handed my card and when I came home $14.38 was deducted. I will talk to manager and keep you informed.

We visited Carl's on Sunday March 24th in the afternoon. Russell was the cook and Megan took our order. I must say that the service was wonderful! The restaurant was clean. The food was cooked perfectly! Megan was so kind. It was refreshing to have a quick meal in such a welcoming environment! Thank you. This staff should be commended!!!

I recently visited Carl's Jr. and while the food was tasty, I was disappointed with the service. They messed up my order, but instead of taking responsibility and fixing it promptly, they brushed it off. I never got what I ordered, and it's frustrating when mistakes aren't acknowledged and corrected, especially when it happens right after receiving the order.

On 02/29/2024 @ approx 2:45 pm, I went to the drive thru to order, as I usually do. I had 2 coupons for 2 different items. At the ordering speaker, I was told that I could only use 1 coupon. The male, who could benefit from remedial customer service training, became loud and challenging when I asked why? I did not wait for an answer, knowing my food would be...well let's just say I did not trust the employee with my food order. I backed out of the drive thru and spent my money somewhere else. I have been going to this Carl's Jr @ 1015 N. Dobson, Mesa, AZ. Mesa Riverview location for abt a year, with no issues. I will not go to this location again. As I read the reviews, I am in a LONG LINE of customers who have been treated poorly.

I ordered a kids meal. They wanted to charge extra for milk . menu says nothing about that. I think a poorly trained employee is mistaking an upcharge for an ADULT COMBO vs a kids meal that comes with it

Didnt get a recipt I thought maybe it was in the bag but when I got in the bag it wasnt there also no napkins. The guy who took the order and payment seemed like he was too tired or tired of being there but the older gentlemen that was working the bagging line and handing orders out was super sweet and friendly. Down side was that Burger was cold and some how soggy and dry at the same time, waffle fries were good though, my little brothers fries were a mix of fresh fries and soggy and cold ones. Over all not worth the 30 bucks I paid and I don't even have a recipt to get the points on the app.

Drive-thru attendant cut me off and told me to come to the window before I could make an alteration to the burger. When I got to the window, the attendant refused to allow me to make said alteration. As I left, the attendant hollered "Learn how to order!". Very rude and snarky towards customers. Based on other reviews, I guess it's pretty standard.
