Hours say their dining room is open until 11. It’s not. They locked their doors before 9:30pm tonight. When asked why they said so they can clean and “At this location we can do it.” Couldn’t go through the drive through because the vehicle was too big. Chose this place because of the late dining room hours. Already paid on the app so I had to walk through the drive thru. Very frustrating.

The lettuce wrap bbq chicken sandwich with guacamole is so so good!!! Very clean restaurant.
Customer service and food were great. Delivered the Carl’s Jr. quality and flavor I was craving. Everything was clean and the beverage dispenser had many options. Bathroom could use a renovation but other than that, great!

me and my sister went there yesterday. she ordered the queso crunch combo for 9.99. i got my ticket and it said 11.79 for her meal. i pointed it out to the lady who took my order and she said i had to ask for it to get it for 9.99 and i was wrong to assume that it costs the amount that the menu says it costs. i asked for a refund and she said ok it will take 3-5 business days. i said forget at got the food. the mayo they gave us was old and wet, there was no queso on the burger and so when we took it up there. the lady said we just wanted to complain and the food was fine. i choose to wait the 3-5 days for the refund. but this was an awful experience which is a shame cause i really enjoyed eating at carl jrs
