Like they offer military discount. Pretty good fresh tasteing food. Need more options. Better variety. I used to order a breakfast burrito when I was working. Pretty yummy and biscuits and gravy. Yum. Just need a bit more variety.

Get rid of the AI ordering. Doesn't work and will mess up your ordering. Manager will make you feel dumb for not knowing the name of the combos when the AI screws up.

I could have stayed for hours.Dietary restrictions: I have gluten free restrictions chance and they have the low carb burger That doesn't have bread. It has a lettuce wrap. And you can actually lettuce wrap any of the burgers. The lettuce holds the burger just like the bread does.Parking: Is plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Is very Kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

The staff is always friendly. Always fast turn around when i do successfully make an order. Food is always freshly "made". In the end, the app never works, I get double charged all the time and can't place orders correctly using the app. I use the deals in the app. And if I can't order from app. I won't. Period. And I know I'm not alone. Corporate really needs to get it fixed.

We have always enjoyed Carl's Jr and Hardee's, but the location we went to today was subpar. We asked for fries well done and got fries that were cold/room temperature. Will remember to ask for fries with no salt in the future that way they are actually fresh. My wife really enjoyed her chicken sandwich.

Even the drive through is automated and when a human FINALLY comes on they can't understand English. The food is waaaaay overpriced and it is absolutely horrible .

Automated (AI) ordering in drive-thru was annoying and slow. One car in front of me and I waited 12 minutes. Got all the way home before I realized they forgot one of my sandwiches!! No receipt in the bag. Immediatley I called... 6 times.. no answer. Drove back and went inside and waited for my sandwich. No apology or even eye contact when the young woman handed it to me. I will never go back to this location!
