Carolina's Mexican Food - Mesa

Picked up a to go order this time. Ordered through Uber Eats for pickup. It was ready in 8 minutes which is about my drive time to the restaurant. Food was good and staff were nice. It was just being packaged when I got there so hot and fresh when I got home.

Carolina’s is some good quality quick Mexican food. The tortillas are what are so special and the best part is you can buy them to go by the 1/2 to full dozen and they’re very affordable. My Carolina burrito is the go to. So tasty.

As always, the courteous greeting by the person taking orders; their assistance in customizing our order; and their capacity to facilitate our order being fulfilled quickly: continues to make dining and additional takeout ordering of delicious food enjoyable. I really like dining in the three different locations I have been able to visit. I especially enjoy the taco salad.

The worst representation of Carolinas yet. Don't waste your money trying this one.

Pretty decent food. It would be a lot better if the guy working the counter could understand English well enough to get my order correct, and if I could use the restroom without fear of catching hepatitis, but hey I guess thats the trade-off for "authentic" mexican food.

Always a pleasure to go here. If you want a sample of the food get a dozen tortillas, a large chips and hot sauce, and your choice of meat. Hot sauce is perfect, tortillas are delicious and perfect thickness, chips are just the right crispy. The veggies are nice and I love the beans and rice.

We picked up tamales chicken, beans, rice, chips and salsa for a party. It was ready on time, packaged well, and, most of all, delicious. We were verbally-and in writing-given instructions. All the guests were happy that we had not cooked.

I didn't find it very flavorful.

The sweet young lady in the pink jacket took my order she proceeded to pack my order and brought it out to me in less than ten minutes I’ve always been treated kindly by her I just wanted to show my appreciation by leaving a review happy holidays to all the Carolina’s staff 🎄
