Wednesday evening visit. They were out of sugarcane so one person in my party had to change their order. We had the lemongrass orange peach tea and coconut smoothie. There was no wait to order. It was on the warmer side inside. The service was fine.

Went in for a late night snack with my family and each of the three fish cones that we ordered were very stale and very hard to bite through and chew. There was more than one person working and fortunately the group helped to keep the service at a four star. This is the third time I was disappointed with something in our order. Usually I blame it on the store being so busy because they do get very busy but tonight was very calm. I don't think our order should have been in bad taste.

I ordered the strawberry matcha latte and the tapioca was grainy, tasted like chemicals and their matcha is low grade at BEST. I asked very nicely for some sort of compensation and I was dismissed. Horrible customer service and even worse drinks if you go only purchase their food items. However, the girl working the front desk was very nice and amiable.

the service was fine but i ordered a strawberry matcha latte and it literally tasted like a lightly flavored strawberry milk, NO MATCHA. i just think that if you are going to get charged more for a “special” drink then it should at least taste like what they are advertising… because if i would have known i was going to get strawberry milk when i ordered a strawberry MATCHA latte then i would have just gotten the strawberry milk tea… for less money too…

I ordered a mocha smoothie with caramel insted of chocolate, I took it back so they could change it, and they just put caramel syrup on top of it, the drink was disgusting.i tolled the worker there that they didnt do it right and he said, it was done right. Im extremely disappointed on their service, if you're not going to listen to your customers and give them what you want instead of what the customer order, you shouldn't be in business.Will not come back at all and will not recommend this place at all. Go somewhere else, we're they value their customers.
