I got the jasmine milk tea with bobba and mango popping pearls. The tea and Boba was really good. The popping pearls were a bit deflated so it was more like the popping pearl skin.
It was a bit hot inside, but they do have games at the tables which is nice.

The vanilla ice cream tasted like some sort of fuel. We had to take it away from my daughter and she was really upset. The mango tea was too floral. The taro coffee was soooo sweet. Strawberry soft serve was simply not that good. Disappointed.

Was really disappointed with the drinks we got. I got a Vietnamese coffee and it was gone in like 5 sips. It was mostly ice. It is so disappointing to pay basically 8 dollars for a drink that is 95% ice. The seats we sat in also had a ton of crumbs and food bits left in them. The service was fine but the girl that served us seemed like she just wanted us to order as quickly as possible. Multiple menu items were not available and not marked on the menu anywhere. Based on this experience, I'm not interested in going back any time soon.

I am so disappointed. They always take advantage of people. I asked for Pistachio tea and they gave me milk tea insisting it was Pistachio tea. The lady even told me it looks yellow because of the light and it will be green when I walk out. As if I don't know colors and taste. Tell me if this looks like Pistachio. Horrible treatment! Somebody educate them that Allergies could cost them for giving the wrong orders.

Won't be coming back here. We've been here a few times, but won't be back again. The bánh mì is ok, but not good enough to make up for the sub par service. The woman at the register really shouldn't be the person at the store working with customers. She is rude and has an extra talent for giving people dirty looks. Have the similar experience with her before but hoped maybe it was just a one-off. But now after having been there several times in the last three times getting the same thing from her, or done with this place. Ingredients on the sandwiches are pretty good but the bread itself isn't super fresh. Smoothies aren't bad. Oh, this would be a great place to go and you could even tolerate the not 100% fresh bread if it was a good vibe and friendly service. As it is, it's not enough to balance out. Too many other options and too many other places in the valley to spend my food dollar, so this one is off my list.

Wednesday evening visit. They were out of sugarcane so one person in my party had to change their order. We had the lemongrass orange peach tea and coconut smoothie. There was no wait to order. It was on the warmer side inside. The service was fine.
Went in for a late night snack with my family and each of the three fish cones that we ordered were very stale and very hard to bite through and chew. There was more than one person working and fortunately the group helped to keep the service at a four star. This is the third time I was disappointed with something in our order. Usually I blame it on the store being so busy because they do get very busy but tonight was very calm. I don't think our order should have been in bad taste.

I ordered the strawberry matcha latte and the tapioca was grainy, tasted like chemicals and their matcha is low grade at BEST. I asked very nicely for some sort of compensation and I was dismissed. Horrible customer service and even worse drinks if you go only purchase their food items. However, the girl working the front desk was very nice and amiable.
