The staff worked like a team. I lost count of the number of people who picked up something off our table to clear off, used plates, glasses and such. Brianna was our server. She was working on a crowded Valentine's Day evening. Still she took our order promptly and cheerfully. We had such great food and service we left a 100% tip.

I ate her while I was in town with some coworkers. I have to say the service we received was impeccable. 5/5 stars. The atmosphere was classy and comfortable. We spent a couple of hours from 4:00 to 6:00 socializing and meeting with an old coworker. I really enjoyed the ambiance and our booth was very comfortable. The food as a whole was the most disappointing part of the experience, but it wasn’t bad… just not fantastic for the price.

The food at charlestons is always consistently very good. The price is very fair for the quality & portions. Service is very slightly hectic, although they are very busy and I completely recognize that. Overall I love it every single time I come here. Their flat iron steak is very good and I really like the sauce. Their horseshoe fries are also something I wish I could get elsewhere.
