Oh my bf tried you all for the first time. Your phillys well over salted like cant take a second bite situatio more spit it out im embarrassed I introduced it to him..ive never experienced ti brag about this place and be let down now especially this many time's ive have had this to brag about .. please please chill on the salt!!.. especially someone like me needs less salt intake I couldn't eat my whole sandwich it made me swell instantly embarrassing. Please get your seasons under control. I've eaten at many of these places this was a sad disappointment. Please!! And not a good 1st experience for my partner

I ordered the California chicken sandwich, and it was so dry. I loved it the first time i tried it, and now I'm hesitant to order again. Do better Charleys! I do love the fries and Strawberry lemonade!

Not open on a Wednesday at 4pm. Won't go back out of my way again to try for first time

Pamela was great, very friendly. We got the 6 inch Philly had lettuce and tomato i thought that was weird. It was very tasty.. but very lite on the meat.. would go back to try something else.

Went at 8:30pm to try to order something. They said they were closed? When clearly they close at 9pm. I work in fast food and doing that is absolutely unacceptable. We continue to take order up until close. Even 10 minutes to close we take orders. We don't start our cleaning tasks until AFTER we are closed. Consider changing your hours because it seems like the staff doesn't wanna serve customers after 8pm. Judging by the other reviews, it seems like I'm not the first or only one they have done that to. Very disappointing.

Got here at 8:20pm and the employee told me they are pre-closing. They close at 9pm. Unbelievable. Perhaps change your hours if you don't want to serve customers.

If it were possible to leave zero stars, this store would get that instead. I ordered through the app because I was pressed for time in order to eat and get back to work. This location, however, decided to not pay attention to detail on an online order, leaving the lettuce and tomato off of my sandwiches causing me to be late coming back to work because they had to remake the sandwiches I ordered. They did make the corrections, however the main problem is that lettuce and tomato COME ON THE SANDWICHES. ALWAYS COME WITH THOSE TWO ITEMS.And the manager kept asking if they corrected the problem, to which I responded, each and every time, that no, she did not correct the problem because the problem was the lack of attention to detail in the first place. And it was the only thing she said, over and over again. The mouthy cashier who told me not to be mean, when I was being cordial, could use a reprimand as well.
So I have to say I am giving a low rate because I saw some concerning health violations. One while walking past the front counter a swarm and I mean like 10-15 flies were hanging in the air..secondly, I witnessed a female employee standing at the soda fountain with a large bucket. She was filling the bucket with ice. She had gloved hands and while the bucket was filling she was randomly grabbing ice and eating it...suffice it to say I didn't order food...
