Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

The cheese steaks here are good. It's not fast food though because they cook it to order so there will be a wait for your food. Regular size cheesesteak is $9.99 add a side of Fry's for $2.99 and that's all the fries that you get, Even after asking if that was the right amount
I was told that's the measurement. You're also going to have to repeat yourself numerous times because they don't speak English and they don't understand what you're saying I had to repeat myself multiple times I've been going to Charlie's since they were a standalone store at the plaza on Stapley in the freeway and it was amazing then when this place first opened the portion sizes were larger there was more meat on the sandwich and now there's hardly any meat and barely any fries and the bread's kind of dry. At the time I was at the store there was a bunch of corporate people there having a meeting right inside the doorway Hopefully they're talking about all the horrible reviews they get and figuring out what they need to do to fix it. Like adjusting the portion size making sure things are fresh making sure the orders are correct training your employees crazy stuff like that and apparently for $3 you get 17 french fries which isn't even actually an entire potato. Disappointing🤦🏼‍♀️

Horrible customer service, warm lemonade that tastes horrible. Employee had zero personality.

Waited 15 minutes before they took my order while they stood in the back talking to each other, i let it slide because i dont wana be a karen about it, but then i had to wait 30 minutes for my food everyone else got theres after me i like to stay positive so I said its fine, itll be fresh so no big deal, it was not fresh, it was horrible dry and absolutely horrendous. Full darren mode 🫡

No where in my life have I ordered a Philly cheese steak and had it come with lettuce, tomato and mayo- when I went to have it fixed they gave me a completely different size then what I payed for. The cashier was rude when my chip didn't work, she then didn't even offer me my receipt, instead crumpled it up right there.

Very good food, we recommend the lemonade, which is delicious.

Don't lie being told that customers can't use the condiments

So I’m only writing this a 10 and five out of five stars there is a particular way I like my philly the website will not let you add it the way I want it. I called up there and requested it made the way I wanted it made even though it was a DoorDash order And they did it for me.

If you want bad service and to waste money come to Charley’s! Absolutely rude a disrespectful employee Lupe Pacheco. Ordered a Chicken Teriyaki without knowing it had lettuce and tomato, when the food was brought out we addressed the issue however Lupe didn’t like that. They remade it and this is what I got back. I’m allergic to lettuce and asked for no tomato. No lettuce and tomato means no tomato and lettuce!!! Baffled with how horrible the service was.

It was bad service, and bad orders, they did my order wrong, they gave me wings that were undercooked, they took over 20 minutes just to being our food out, they didnt do grilled jalapenos likey s/o requested, they didnt even bother putting in mushrooms either. so many people came back for wrong orders, i went to pay for extra buffalo and they ignored me and took the other person behind me and never gave me it. not to mention they move so slow and always have 4 workers at most. wouldnt recommend coming here. it was not worth the wait.

Place has really gone downhill fast ! When it first opened they had pickles and tons of mayo on the sandwiches. The meat was heavy on the sandwiches and the cheese was soft. Now no pickles and the sandwiches feel dry for some reason. And I can tell a difference in the meat portions even on the small sandwich. I would pass on this place for sure. Then the combo was like $ 7 and the lady charged me $ 10 but couldn't explain why ?

The reason for my ratings was that I ordered food at this location on error; was trying to order food from Signal Butte location. Called multiple times for a refund, have yet to hear back. If possible I'd love for someone to get in touch with me to get this resolved.

The boy manning the cash register does not smile at customers as if he is tired of work. He looks like he's going to beat up the customers
