Waited at the counter for 5 minutes and no one ever came out of the back to wait on me. Went to Chick-fil-A ordered , got my food, ate it and stil haven't seen anyone at charleys. I think someone needs a refresher on how to run a business. It has now been almost 30 minutes and no employees to be seen.

Went to this location 2 times, both times they were closed. No sign and on Google says open. Noticed the lemonade has been sitting awhile. Hopefully when this place reopens they clean that out ?lolIf your location is closed at least correct on Google. So annoying!!!

Very unhappy we ordered with Doordash our order came completely wrong, no one answers at the store. I hope someone reaches out to us we spent almost $70.00 and the only thing we got right is the drinks.

If I could give zero stars I would. Around 5pm December 10th 2023 me and my brother ordered two sandwiches. They didn’t give me my lettuce jalapeños or bacon . My brothers sandwich was missing jalapeños and lettuce too. Before checking my sandwich I noticed there was no ranch so I went and asked for the side of ranch that cost extra. Mind you we watched everyone get our food that stood in line after us . No we didn’t complain was trying to give the benefit of the doubt. When I told my brother everything is basically missing except just meat and cheese on my sandwich he went up to go see if they can just help fix it in some way possible. He told the person that was putting on everyone’s toppings what everything is missing the worker proceeded to say “well we are out of lettuce” my brother said then “why wasn’t that told to us?” The worker proceeded to say nothing . He said “what about the jalapeños?” The worker proceeded to say “I mean I could have put them on and chuckled” he walked away because of the way he was being treated . The over all experience was just trash absolutely trash. The same worker was calling out orders but wouldn’t even speak up at all and would roll their eyes everytime someone asked them to repeat the number. I will be contacting the manager and if nothings done I will go full Karen and call corporate. The way that worker treated people is not okay what so ever and need’s repercussions. I will never buy from this company again because of the experience me and my sibling had. I get everyone has stressful days but to purposely refuse to fix and order roll their eyes at everyone and have snotty remarks to a customer just because they would like the item they paid for is ridiculous. That worker needs to do better. The young boy at the front was doing his job and so was the other lady cooking the meat but the person calling out orders and putting toppings on was just absolutely rude and unprofessional. It makes this establishment look terrible.

This only applies to the one in superstition spring mall. They stopped taking orders because they were too far behind. Ok… but the next time I went there I was asked to order through kiosk, which I did. After about a 15 min wait, I got my 2 cheesesteaks. It took another 15 min to get my fries and drink. Other orders came and went. I politely reminded them I just needed an order of fries and a drink. By the time I sat down to eat my cold burnt cheesesteak. It was cold. Do not recommend this mall location.

Worst service ever. No stars.The cook told us to go somewhere else after he took 15 min to make two sandwiches all cuz we asked for our drink. He was on his cell phone the whole time trying to get his buddies to come to the mall. He doesnt have a name tag but he is the tall guy with dread locks or braids and a small mustache. The worst charleys here in the valley
I’ve been to this location twice and both times the Customer service sucked. They always are in the back messing around and talking instead of giving their attention to any customers. Then they don’t ask what you want on your sandwich at the end of the line they just assume you want mayo, lettuce & tomato. They also gave us cold fries after they forgot to give them to us and basically we ate our whole sandwich before even getting them. I watched a guy while we were there return his sandwich and was upset and told others not to go there . I’m assuming this is why all the other places have business and Charleys doesn’t .
