I was not impressed by the quality of food here. The portions were small and the food was not well prepared. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger, it was missing mushrooms and the burger was a low quality hockey puck. It was super small and overpriced and didn’t even come with anything. We ordered a large onion rings and large fried mushrooms. The mushrooms came in a tiny half full bag. The Chicago dogs are tiny, the beef sandwiches so soggy you have to eat it with a fork. Everything we ordered was worse then fast food quality, we will never order from here again.

Staff was ok. However, very disappointed in the food. The swiss burger I ordered was nothing more than a circle k burger off the shelf, at best. Same with the chili cheese fries. I wont be going back.

I was really excited to try this place but it was a swing and a miss. I love Chicago dogs but this was the most blah I’ve had. I got the jumbo with everything. Just really plain. The medium fries were huge definitely enough for two people. The store itself is very narrow and tight to walk through to order. The tables were clean but the “Chicago” decor was dirty faded and seemed very generic. The employees seemed focused and were attentive if you asked for anything.

Bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. The food was okish. I got a chili cheese dog, the chili tasted burnt. Honestly I’ll never come back. Fries were probably the best part, unfortunately I got them covered in the burnt chili.

If you are listed as being open until 7pm you should stay open until 7. Went to pick up a uber eats order the two kids working had closed up 10 minutes early knowing they had a delivery order waiting to be picked up.
I tried calling they ignored it, knocked on the door they ignored it.
I get it, I've worked and managed in food service for over 10 years. They just want to leave for the night, but that isn't an excuse to take shortcuts and screw over your customers. As new owners I think you would want to know about this issue so it can be addressed. If they are being lazy and closing early no telling what other shortcuts they are taking and policies they are violating when there is nobody there to hold them accountable.
Based on some of the recent reviews it's obvious there needs to be an adjustment in staffing because it seems like some of your employees just don't give a damn.
