If you are listed as being open until 7pm you should stay open until 7. Went to pick up a uber eats order the two kids working had closed up 10 minutes early knowing they had a delivery order waiting to be picked up.
I tried calling they ignored it, knocked on the door they ignored it.
I get it, I've worked and managed in food service for over 10 years. They just want to leave for the night, but that isn't an excuse to take shortcuts and screw over your customers. As new owners I think you would want to know about this issue so it can be addressed. If they are being lazy and closing early no telling what other shortcuts they are taking and policies they are violating when there is nobody there to hold them accountable.
Based on some of the recent reviews it's obvious there needs to be an adjustment in staffing because it seems like some of your employees just don't give a damn.

An absolute delight every time. The gals are always so hard working and incredibly friendly. Consistently delicious with generous portions. Love the Italian Beef and Fire Dogs. They have solid veggie options as well. We always leave happy and stuffed. Will continue to return for as long as they’re open.
Vegetarian options: Field roast dogs (can be done Chicago style) and Lightlife burgers

Had a tasteless Chicago do and Polish sausage. Never knew how tasteless those two things could be. Service was exceptionally slow. Never ever again

Great Italian Beef!! The beef was still tender and not dry like some others. The au jus was delicious with it! And a great giardiniera blend on top. The fries were fresh from the fryer and delicious as well.

Used to be the best Chicago dogs in the Valley. Then things went downhill, both service and quality. Now it’s so bad that I just ordered 2 grilled Chicago dogs and got 2 plain grilled hot dogs Unreal. Never again.
