This is the worst chick-fil-a location ever. They have messed up my order or forgotten something 50% of the time. Nothing is worse than getting home and not getting to eat the meal you were excited about (And was low key expensive). I’m SO IRRITATED. I’m being so nice giving them 2 stars. Also to add, there was a nail or something in the drive through and the person behind me ran it over and their tire popped 👍🏻

As other recent reviews have mentioned, this location has service issues. We waited in the drive through for at least 10 minutes then gave up and went inside where we waited another 10 minutes for two sandwiches. There were at least a dozen employees in there who were standing around looking clueless. One who seemed to be a manager was more interested in chatting than doing any work or helping his employees. Corporate needs to come in and train their people at this location. I work in retail so I'm usually understanding, but this needs to be addressed. Amazingly the food was still good, but chik fil a is usually fast and this location was not even very busy

I understand when issues occur like technical difficulties, but the employees had no sense of urgency to figure out a solution. I hate that I'm leaving a negative review because I love Chick-fil-A. But lately their service has been going downhill.

There's always 16 people working but never a single one free to help. I made eye contact and tried to ask for help from several people who were just walking around and got ignored.
I only have 30 minutes for lunch, and it took 15 minutes to get my food and 5 minutes to get at the sauce that I ordered with my food that they forgot. I also ordered an ice cream cone that I never got so I figured I would just get it at the end of my meal I ended up standing there for 6 minutes until I told the girl closest to me that I had to get back to work and if I could get the ice cream cone. She scoffed at me and came back with the saddest lump of ice cream on a cone.
I didn't even end up eating the mac and cheese because it was the bottom of the barrel grainy and burnt bit.... It was definitely not worth a $17 meal. I would appreciate my money back.

This place has been a mess ever since they got new management. We’ve been in the drive-through forever. They’re trying out new ways to make people pay for their stuff. It was a mess and then tonight when we went again, we waited forever and by the time we got our food, everything was cold. This is ridiculous. Learn how to do the job!!

I really like this location and I understand its busy but attention needs to be paid I asked for an 8 piece of grilled nuggets I got breaded nuggets instead and I asked for honey mustard and got honey roasted bbq I know its not a big deal but when you have a picky toddler YES it is a big deal.
