When I arrived in Mesa Arizona 3 weeks ago, I immediately started looking for a job. Chick-fil-A was one of 4 companies that reached out to me, and being a long-time customer of their establishment, I agreed to an interview. Unfortunately, it became apparent rather quickly that this was not the location for me.I look for several things when considering a job offer, and I start with the attitude of my potential coworkers first. I ask myself questions like1. Do they seem happy to be here? Not particularly. In fact, they seemed to be enjoying their work experience about as much as a bus load of toddlers at a dentist office.2. Do they work well together? Nope. When you can hear 2 employees having a somewhat heated exchange from your not entirely clean seat in the dining room, it's not a good sign.3. How about the attitude of management?When the acting shift manager begrudgingly wipes off the booth in front of you, saying, "I better do this because no one else will bother," the answer to that question is also no.Needless to say, I declined the offered second interview and took employment elsewhere. Oh, and I didn't eat there either.

They messed up on order and they claim they would replace them exact meals and it took over 3 months and I had to stand and wait an hour for the so called owner while I'm on crutches .because the so called marketing girl was supposed to call me back 2.5 months ago then the coupons show up in the mail and 2 of the 3 were already expired and it was on for the basic sandwiches and we had deluxe I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AND THE ORIGINAL GUY I SPOKE TO 4 MONTHS AGO NATE WHO DROPPED THE BALL IN THE FIRST PLACE GAVE ME A HARD TIME WITH THE COUPONS MY MOM IS BLIND AND SHE LOVES THIS PLACE ITS CLOSE TO HER HOUSE I WILL DRIVE TO LAS VEGAS BEFORE I EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR EVEN A CUP OF ICE AND WHEN I FINISH MY RESEARCH AND IF ITS THE SAME GUY THAT OWNS OTHERS IN THE EAST VALLEY WONT BE GOING TO ANY OF THEM MY TEAMS CHILDREN AND CLIENTS.LIES & GARBAGE...
