This location is a very complicated place to have a quick bite, lines are super long on the drive true and to find parking is almost impossible and confusing with all the cas around.

A little confused on the thought process of the online pick up lane scenario. We came to pick up our food in the mobile pickup lane and there was at least 4 cars in front of us and we got our food first. We ended up waiting in our car after receiving our items for another 20 minutes because the person in front of us wasn’t receiving their meal..the drive through was running very smoothly and im still not even sure when the person in front of us received their food because someone in the drive through lane let us cut them off to leave the line😭the point is, if thats the case have someone wait in a parking space to let the others leave who already received their food.

My husband does DoorDash and this morning we went to pick up a breakfast order. My husband waited 20 minutes. Other guest even started to complain and they received a free drink and a gift card however my husband is now out of a dash and the money he would have received from delivery. The lady with the curly hair said it’d been picked up however DD CS informed us that it had not been picked up. (So where is the order?) We lost the dash and the lady was rude and started talking about my husband to another coworker (Oh no he’s coming back, shh…. I was just saying how bad I felt) ya ok curly haired lady. My husband came back to our truck upset where myself and the kids were waiting just for him to tell me all of this.

The people are nice the food is good but the drive thru times are atrocious most of the time!

Justin with the cool glasses in the dive-through is really nice and kind. Loved his warm and friendly personality. I had a very long day at my massage studio and performed 6 hours worth of deep tissue and hadn’t eaten all day. When he asked about my day, it made my night a lot better. Not many people know what massage therapists go through and was nice to feel appreciated. Was also nice the place was open late so I could eat and not cook. Thanks Justin!

Excellent service. The place was so busy but the line moved fast and efficiently. Food was delicious and the service was top notch.
I go to this Chick-fil-A once a week. Every time I go, I end up missing something. Today, I called back to get refunded for the 2 meals that I was missing. The manager was very rude, did not speak very well English, and kept cutting me off every time I was talking. I asked to speak with the store manager and she was very rude about that. Finally got her to tell me when the store manager will be in. Very, very poor manager behavior and customer service. I will not be going back to this Chick-fil-A again.
Update: Reluctantly, went to this location again to see if things have changed. They haven't. I ordered a drink and a kids apple juice in the mobile thru. I was the only car for 5 minutes. 2 cars pulled up and had their food before I got my drinks. I had to wave down the person to ask about my drinks. After 15 minutes in mobile thru and the gentlemen asking me twice what my order was, I finally got my drinks. This location is terrible.
