Order food and was told to park in VIP parking space and there was no parking there but parked next to one and called in and let them know where I was at.30 min later I called them back only to be told it was going to take 5 to 10 min more because I order a lunch item. Asked for her name she hung up By now my drink is water down. Just got my food spoke to the young lady. I wanted to explain to what was going on she cut me off and it turned out she was a manager that would not give me her name nor the name of the first manager I spoke to. One hung up the other walked away from me. I will never come back to this place again. Rude rude and rude!!

Sarah, the PHENOMENAL cashier made my whole trip! I hardly ever come to Chick-Fil-A. But this was perfect, she made some suggestions for dinner. I tried the cherry berry lemonade by her recommendation and she was NOT wrong. She gave us extra sauce and did not fail to make our trip quick and easy. We only waited 5 minutes, and I cannot thank Sarah for going above and beyond to make it awesome! I also had the nuggets and fruit cup. It was perfect for this weather!

So overpriced! How do I go for 3 people and it is over $50? It's all the same chicken nothing is different and you have the same drinks as everyone else but you can charge $5 dollars for one. I would only eat here again if someone brought it over.

I have gone to this location for several years and it's been pretty consistently good until recently. I have had a couple of times where the hash browns were meh or sandwich wasn't super piping hot, and that is acceptable. It happens. I had the most disgusting meal there a few weeks ago. They put my sandwich in a box instead of the insulated bag they usually put it in, the sandwich was on a cold, hard bun and my puny chicken filet was more of a hard and cold fried piece of leather. I requested a refund online, followed up and NEVER HEARD BACK! I went back the other day and told cashier what had happened. I ordered my usual, #1 breakfast meal on a bun instead of a biscuit. They gave me a spicy chicken on a bun and didn't include hash browns. When I asked for the hash browns, they were going to charge me $1.95. The customer service at this location is really bad and I will not be going back!

Hanbanan Mac and cheese
I went last night and the customer service was amazing! Marisol was the one that took my order and she was so nice and sweet! She asked how my name was spelt which I thought was super nice, most people don’t take the time with such an easy name like mine. But she wanted to make sure she got it right, she got my order down fast. And I asked for LOTS of honey mustard and they definitely hooked me up! I wish I caught the name of the crew handing me my order, they were awesome too!
