I hate to be that person that writes a bad review because I don’t want to get anyone into trouble I just want things to be fixed so it’s a bit safer for everyone please. I’m not sure if it was just an off day for this chick-fil-a location or what happened, but I am highly disappointed. I have food restrictions due to allergies and have eaten at multiple chick- fil-a locations, but this one usually seems to mess up majority of the time with my order. I understand that with allergies it is a bit hard to accommodate and that it won’t always be 100% guaranteed that nothing won’t happen, I totally understand that, but I have no issues at any other chick-fil-A’s just this one. I ordered my food as I regularly do and now feel sick from it. The drive thru guy taking my order made sure to put in notes and everything to take those precautions with my allergies, but it seems as though the kitchen might not have understood or I’m not sure exactly where that miscommunication happened. The fries were also stale.. Please, a refresher course on allergies needs to be done at this location before someone messes up on an order that’ll result differently. I love chick-fil-a , but am disappointed in how this location handles allergy protocols.

Tonight's experience was great. Our cashier, Emily, was very thorough and took our order quickly. My kids loved the play area and I enjoyed eating my spicy chicken sandwich in peace. We were served our food by Coleman and he was very friendly. We will be back.

So, I DoorDash chick fil a to school. I’m very excited to I go pick it up. I sit down and open it up, as I open the bag the excitement quickly drained from my face. To my horror, the 12 count nuggets only had nine nuggets. The chicken sandwich was a spicy chicken sandwich. The soda was spilt everywhere and I didn’t get as many sauces as I ordered. The fries were only half full and dry. Overall this is a terrible place to get food. If you don’t order face to face you might as well starve; this establishment is a scam and I hope to warn others before they make the same mistake. As Aristotle once said, “Men regard it as inequitable that a man who has contributed one mina should receive the same as he who has contributed two” (Nicomachean Ethics). One can interpret this as saying if one pays for something, one deserves to get the service worth the amount they paid. When one isn’t getting what they paid for then the reputation of the one providing the service will be tarnished. Quite frankly, this service is unexceptionable and I hope to see better in the future, if I ever decide to eat from here ever again.

We purchased catering here the other day and it was great. The food was ready on time, the employees were extremely helpful and carried some of it out to the car, and the food was delicious, as always. If only they were open on Sundays since that seems to be when I'm craving it most 🤣
