I ordered breakfast at 10.15am. Im just about 15 mins away from the restaurant. I arrived, scanned the QR code at drive- thru and then the app cancels my order because they were no longer serving breakfast. Drove to the window and attendant tells me theres no order under my name, but I can still see a charge from the Restaurant on my bank account. Bad service. 👎

I've been to this location at Power and McDowell three times within the last few weeks and each time I received one leaf of lettuce on my chicken Deluxe sandwich that was old, wilted and flat. I love their chicken but a little more quality control is needed in some areas.

Was told to wait and I knew that my order was going to be over looked.
Went inside after waiting 4 mins. And guess what? They didn't know where my order was or that I was still waiting.
Obviously they prepared it and handed it to me but it was such an off experience. Still enjoyed my food tho.

Unless you're blond & blue eyed; the staff won't acknowledge you beyond taking your order, or offer you a refill, or ask to clear your empty tray or even ask if you need anything else. Your money is good here but your ethnicity ISN'T. That's the message received during our FINAL visit to this place.

VlNeed to ask for a pin to use bathroom. Otherwise, very clean with a friendly staff. Saw someone with too sour lemonade that they asked replaced, which they got along with a small gift card! So stellar service, and Chick Fil A always has delicious food.
Was on a delivery pick up and there were no parking spots available. They refused to hand it out drive thru so I had to wait 10 min for a parking spot to open up so I could get my delivery
