Ok I have stuck it out with this location and the mobile thru is working much better, the fries have a better serving. The rewards program is a nice bonus as well. Thank you this location has improved. 4 stars now. Yeah, I agree with the poster about the mobile line. It was longer than the service line. I also agree with the poster about the waffle fries. This location always seems to short you on the waffle fries. Don’t you make enough money on three dollar waffle fries to at least give a portion. I’ve updated my review to a 1. The mobile thru lane is worthless at this point. I just ordered a drink and I’m sitting here as 5-6,7 cars go through the normal drive thru lane.

I have lived near this location for a couple of years now, but it seems as soon as the mobile line was created, you let go of your “A” team or there is some other issue. Two days ago my husband and I went through drive thru and had pleasant interaction with young lady that took our order, however, when we arrived to pick up our food, the individuals handing the food to us were unfriendly(which is usually what we go there for).. we waited, and waited for our salad and pimento chicken sandwich, we were asked to wait at number one(not VIP parking spot) sat there as the drive thru and mobile line practically hit our car trying to drive by, finally order(with our fries missing)so I pulled into a spot and my husband had to walk up to let them know… once we got home, the icing on the bad experience cake was the sloppiness of the chicken sandwich, it literally was made with no care or effort whatsoever.. we have decided not to return for a while in hopes that proper training or newer efficient team will assemble.
so disappointed to consistently having my sauces missing. what is the point of having them if you’re not going to let us have them. every time i think it’ll be different and it’s not. what’s someone gotta do to get some sauce that’s part of my order.

I asked for a large water cup . It was 100 degrees outside and I’m a pregnant diabetic . They said all they could give me was a complimentary water cup which was a small I believe . I paid for a meal & even offered to pay for the water cup & 2 different staff members refused . Idk what the big deal is to just provide a large water cup if I’m PAYING ?

A customer dropped hos ice from hos deink and made a big mess. The manager David was so jolly and picked up a mess cube by cube! He was a good guy and knew what he was doing when be pulled out the caution sign… a true g

The new chicken pimento sandwich is a rip off! Nearly $9 for a puny sandwich? No way will I ever order one of those again! I got home with our food and was very disappointed. Don't buy one not worth it at all! Smh ?
