We arrived and ordered at 9:20pm, and we'd been driving awhile and had a long day. My girlfriend and I both had to go to the bathroom pretty bad, and when we asked for the key to the bathroom, the guy said it was closed. They don't close till 10:00 but they closed the bathroom at 9:00? No explanation or anything, they just kept saying sorry and that we could go to Target if we had to go to the bathroom. Luckily the coffee shop across the street let us use their restroom. They were also only allowed to give us one of each sauce we asked for for some reason? I've never been to a Chick-fil-A that does that. Chick-Fil-A always has the best vibes and the nicest people, but this one unfortunately doesn't.

Worst chic fil a location. Chic fil a is known for its great service above anything & the employee Christopher was such a snob. So rude no smile no friendly service. I Will choose any other chic location over this one.

I've only been to this location twice. Both times they got it wrong... The first time I ordered a classic chicken sandwich combo and a spicy deluxe combo both with modifications which were on point. The problem was they made both sandwiches spicy instead of how I ordered it. Spicy is too spicy for my ma so she couldn't eat it. Went back and got it remade didn't check because ya know if figured it was made correctly the second time. I was wrong it was still spicy... Went back a third time and told them to MAKE SURE it was not spicy. Finally it was not but now the fries are cold. Which they gave us more of. My second visit I'm in the drive thru. The young man talking my order was trying to rush my thru my order which caused a mistake. I order a spicy chicken deluxe again and he apparently puts it in as a classic deluxe. Not a huge deal, but I did have to go back to the window and get it remade... I understand you wanna be quick but just chill out a bit ya know. He didn't read it back to me either like they usually do. The food was great when its made right. But the customer service can use some work...

Went on 9/11 during lunch I asked to see a menu as I don't know the menu off the top of my head the employee seemed irritated to be asked for a small inconvenience (funny as how other locations usually have the menu on their machines they use to take orders) thought ok whatever then I came for breakfast today (9/13) this employee HAD THE MOST SOUR ATTITUDE at the minor inconvenience (again) that I'm not familiar with the menu I ordered my food which I will say these two interactions are waaaaay below what I've experienced at other locations for the love of the big guy above either get employees who don't mind the minor inconveniences like the other locations because these two employees I probably won't favor this location and will avoid this location at all costs thanks to these two rude employees
