The service is also pretty quick at this location. The food is always good. I like the soup. This visit I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. Thankfully, they put salt on the waffle fries at this location. Not too much, not too little, just right.

Chicken sandwiches and fries were cold again! 4 strikes and your out for good. For $15 bucks a meal we went to Hibachi Grill for $3 more all u can eat and the experience was a 10.

You will wait 10 minutes for food regardless of how busy or slow the place is. Pulled up last week and had to wait 2-3 minutes just for someone to be out front to take an order or give out food. Proper management is seriously lacking at this location and its stark in contrast to the typical CFA experience at any other metro PHX location

A single employee named Jordan can’t get a simple order right, asked for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and gave me plain ones instead 🤦♂️
I will not be back to this location. I've been at the restaurant before my order was incorrect and now today my was food was thrown inside of a box and given to me after I told them I would like my order remade it came out almost identical to what they gave me so yeah I get the picture and I won't be back.

There’s reasons why this Chick Fil a lacks business.
Horrible times with their food. And staff that seem like they do not care for their job (or customers). Food compared to other Chick fil a’s, “Ehh”. For instance, the chick fil a sandwich was flat and fries were not fresh.
Starts with management/ownership. Two things are either happening. Chick fil a is trying a new concept (while being ran horribly), and/or this is just another “asset” to a wealthy business owner that franchised out.
There’s also a huge apartment complex neighboring and still horrible business relative to any other Chick Fil a I’ve ever been to. (I live near and commute past multiple times a day for reference)
1+1=2 people.
Hope this helps to make significant changes. Call it constructive. (If Franchised, and Chick fil a Ops sees this, please consider sending out someone to follow up)

Orderd a Bacon, egg and cheese muffin but got the sausage instead of Bacon so disappointed couldn't go back because I had to go to work. This is what I get for trusting this location.

Very confusing setup as far as the pickup window is concerned. Out of 20+ spots to park in said lot, there is only 2 yup 2 check in spots. The initial employee seemed disinterested in the confusion that it provided the customer ME. It seems as if y'all should streamline and/or improve upon this particular business model. Without checking in my order was miraculously brought to me; in the middle of the parking lot. The Manager joined the conversation upon request and apologized for the confusion and performed exemplary customer service.
Parking: Out of 20+ parking spots, there is only 2 YUP 2 check-in spots
