Michael was incredibly rude. There was a long line of athletes who felt bad about how long they were taking so they graciously let us know there was a second cashier open on the other side. We walk over to be helped and Michael asked “are you picking up” we replied we were there to order. He did not speak one word to us and simply pointed to the back of the line, behind the 20 other people who literally instructed us to go speak to him. Very disappointed in this service.

I went to this chick fil a and order a chick sandwich deluxe sandwich I paid for the meal, I got home and there was no frys, or all the sauce,so I called and they said they would ring me up frys, which I would assume since I paid for the meal I would just get the frys. I had to pay for new frys since the person who did my order rang it up wrong. I should not have to pay for frys when I order a meal and paid for a meal, it should be on you guys for ringing up the wrong order. And the frys were not salted. I understand this a new place with new employees, but customers should never have to pay for a item that the workers forgot or order up wrong. That is on the workers not the customer.

I checked out this new spot mainly because they let you order lunch super early on the app, which is a lifesaver for anyone grabbing lunch before 9:30 AM. Ordering through the app was quick, but the mobile drive-thru wait was longer than expected. Despite the wait, the food was tasty, and the customer service was solid. If they can speed up the drive-thru, it'd be perfect!
