Just realized I never posted a review here ? LOVE this location!! The service (in bar area where we always sit) is the best ? Dude bartender has been here forever. Even when we haven't been, in a long time, he remembers us. Excellent service, food/drinks, and ambiance...keeps us coming back ?
Got the chili's philly steak sandwich. The steak was excellent. Quality meat, wonderful flavor. The queso cheese was different but very tasty. There were way too many onions for my taste and although the cheese was very good, it made the bun a little soggy on the bottom and very very messy to eat. Overall, not sure I would get that again but will definitely have the queso cheese again and maybe see if I can get the steak meat on some nachos with the queso. Everyone else at our table loved their meals (Cajun chicken pasta and salad explosion with quesadillas.
HORRIBLE SERVICE AND LAME ASS EXCUSE!!! Sat in with my family and waited for about an hour and didn't get any food. The first waiter all of a sudden his iPad froze and never came back, some other girl took over and took out order again. After getting 3 rounds of drinks and our soup and salad from our entre, the waitress came and mysteriously our order was deleted! Everyone else that came in after us had their food come out! And they still had the balls to charge me $40 for their nasty soup and salad! No manager with balls there came out and explained to us. I hate to think that this was an act of discrimination but clearly that's what it looked like to me! FUCK THIS OLACE AND THEIR FOOD! You get better service at Wienerschnitzel!!!

Chili's is Chili's because they are pretty consistent across locations but the staff makes all the difference. We sat at the bar for happy hour and were waited on by Gino & Sadie. Gino has a great energy and was very engaging with us. It was kind of busy after a cubs game but that didn't stop him from being attentive to our needs. A cold beverage was always delivered at the perfect time. Sadie took our food order and I special order tons of things to take off or add to the standard menu items. Kudos to Sadie, and the kitchen, for paying attention to details and getting everything correct.Parking: Giant free parking area.
